Where can we find God?

God is found within all life and elements, not as a distant external figure. The search for God often looks outward, yet divinity resides in every heart, in every living being, and within the five elements that constitute existence. The soul, or ātmā, is this divine essence. Upon death, this soul departs the body; its exit point is influenced by one's spiritual life. A pure soul may exit from the crown of the head toward universal unity, while other paths lead to different states. All beings and the natural world are manifestations of this single divine reality. Therefore, recognize the divine in yourself and in all creatures. Practice this through daily affirmation, reverence for the earth and water, and specific techniques like the Aśvinī Mudrā to awaken inner energy and alignment.

"God is in our heart. You also have God in your heart."

"I am human. And the whole day, you will have a very good time, and you will be very happy."

Śānti, śānti, śānti. Peace, peace, peace. My dear sisters and brothers, I am very happy to see you again. As you know, it has been nearly two years or more since I was last in this place. But you are all very happy. You have good families. Your country is a beautiful country, and you have good jobs. Those who have no job will get a job. Everything is good, but why do we still think that we cannot? What I am telling you today is a very powerful exercise. Many of you have heard this already, and many have only heard it. There are three points. This is very good for our body, for our mind, for our spirituality, for our good health, and it is very spiritual to go, as we call it, to God. That is why most people are searching for how they will come to God. We think of God. From our mind, we are thinking that is a God or this is a God. From my childhood, I went, "Where is God?" Some may say, "Yeah, the God, how is the God?" Definitely, you are feeling like this. And I opened something. Don't be unhappy. Maybe thinking something, what is or not. Many of you have been with me for many, many years. And I think some very nice people are also thinking, maybe, "Did you see God?" And tell me also, have I seen God? Today, in this space, we are inside, and I want to speak the truth. You are also very truthful people. Everyone knows that. We know, we see only words. My God, their gods. The Hindu God, the Buddhist God, the Christian God, the Muslim God, etc. But either we see, but we don't trust. And we are talking, "Yes, and yes, and yes," but we have not seen that God. But still, in our heart, we think, "I will meet God, I will meet God." Now, if you have sin while in your sleeping, in your house, in the forest, with your friends, or in the temples, or in the church, did you see God? I am searching. I have seen God, and you have seen God. But still, we are thinking differently. God is in the sky somewhere. We all, many times, fly in an aeroplane. I also, for many years, many times I was around the whole world. Until the 20th time from this aeroplane, about 12 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours. And I'm sitting in an aeroplane, looking up, I'm asking this gentleman here, "Do you see God?" He will say, "I don't see." The other one said to me, "Is God down? Nothing." Yeah, sometimes the stars, maybe the sun or the moon, but where is God? Now I find it, I found God. And that is in our heart. You also have God in your heart. In everyone, where is there life? Jīva is God. Any creature which is living, there is God. We can go far and far, not like that, God. First, our Father, God. Then our mother is our God, and our family is our God's. Then we have our friends, also animals: dogs, cats, cows, horses. A bird, very big animals, cobras, on the whole earth, and in the earth, we dig something, and there are some animals, something. In the ocean, there are so many gods, so many different selves, their jīvas. And after that, it is said, even the water is a god. We said, "Jal jahat jagdīś, Jal jahat jagdīś." And we said here what they said about God is the water. Doba, we said, Boda, Jīvot. Boda, Jīvot, it means that water is life. That's also God. Why do I have five elements? That is God. And He, your father, your mother, your brother, your wife, your husband, all are God. And when we are, for example, in this body, when inside our ātmā, the soul, and that when prāṇa, we call the prāṇa, all five elements, are gone. Then the ātmā, the soul, your soul, from our heart, and at that time, for humans, let's say now, there are four elements placed there. How to go out from the body? So, one is on the top of the head. When you were a little baby, and now also as a little baby, you will see that here is a little, very soft outfit. Yes, you felt it? And that will slowly close it. From there is coming our soul, our God, whatever goes from here again. So those who are very spiritual people, they did not kill anyone. They helped everyone, and they give, they give, not take. Meditation or prayer, it doesn't matter which God. That time it is that when we die, only from here go the gods, the light. It means that we will become one with the whole universe, like the sky. Second, then it's coming from their eyes. So when one dies, the eyes go like this. Then third, from our nostrils, the fourth is going from our ears, and then comes from the mouth. These five, then it goes still down. And it comes through the urine and the toilet. That goes mostly to those who did not do good things. They will suffer. And it goes back down. This is how the soul goes out from the navel. So these are elements, and where God, when we say God, we don't have anything else to tell other than God. How did we come? It's from our father. It comes to the mother. For example, one tree. And this tree is this apple tree, and this apple tree has the seed, maybe. So the same fruit. And one branch, then comes all, many, many, but all the same. That means, our ātmā, our soul, is the same. And so, the cell of the cow, dog, cat, etc. This all God has given, and this is that ours for them, and so. So in this, it is said that when this power comes, when we die, then this prāṇa goes. When we take out a tree, immediately, slowly, slowly, the leaves and everything go like this. Prāṇa, water, air, everything. So in this, on this earth, there is also life there. Water has life. In the ocean, all different animals are also there. So, like one whole ocean, the clouds, the water coming back again, again going. This is that, so when the soul leaves the body, your life, you, from where will it go, and it will go, and when that soul goes out, so quickly, like when we see sometimes a star in the night, we'll see the star quickly going. We say, "Oh, it's down." That's all that you will be. I want, I wish that you will live a long, healthy life. But one day we have to go, and that is just like a light gone. After that, it doesn't matter what it is. It's all five elements gone. So that inside, Bhagavān, God, is with us, for all of us. Do not think that Swāmījī has a God and others do not. No, no, no. You and I, we are equal, my dear. But in my mind, in my thinking, in my Guru, my Master who has given the real one, and they are like our God, like Mahāprabhujī, Devpurījī. Now physically they are not there, but they are all like the whole universe and with it. And so, what we eat, how it will happen. Therefore, all creatures are dying or killing; they are eating each other because they don't know. But then, finally, it is God who said, "Now you will be like a God." O man, I give you all who said God. All for you, everything. Now I go, God said. Now whatever you do, I gave you the path. You come to light as a god, or you go back again to another life. Then you will be again animals, and like this. That's it. Go or come. So, if we think, for example, me, I'm doing all spiritual and this and that. And maybe after a few days, I don't want to do this at all, I will do other things. My life goes otherwise. So, God said, which God? It is said that in our last minute, let's say a few hours or one day. Then it will say it. When it is going, the soul is going. What you said about heaven and hell. Heaven is just a little. Hell is also a little. They are all above that. That is God or Parabrahman Paramātmā. And that we want to do. It means, what I did, things... Little things, if we put something or we don't give your money, or this or that, this is the thing. But all other creatures, and killing them, that is very bad. And so, we will come when we have done all; that is why we do practice. Meditation. Meditate. Think of the light. God. Which God you do not know is okay. Some Hindus, some Muslims, some Christians, etc., okay. But how, what you have done, how you eat, how you, this, everything. And so, you are the God now. You can go home and say to your father, or your mother, or your wife, you should go home and tell your wife, "Darling, I am God." Yes? And she says, "What? Are you not?" Yes? So, God is saying God is not good. So, reality means you are alive. And you can do anything now. You can give water, fruit, or help. Bring something, work good thing, do something. We are that, that's it. And after how it will go, then again that will come, and that is very difficult, very... This is, you can tell me different, please. It's your God. You have a God in your eyes. So what your God will tell me and you, we will say yes. But reality, reality, reality is when you are gone. That was reality. Hurry home. And that, you can't catch anyone. So, we have to learn, meditate, and do good. Do good, get good; do negative things, and get negative. So, I told you two or three times already, in the morning when you wake up, I give you two or three points. Don't tell anything. It's only for you. Morning, when we wake up and we open our eyes, then please tell one word to yourself. You open your eyes and say, or with the eyes still not opened, you will wake up, "I am God." I am human. I am human, but nothing more. Only one point: I am human. Are you not human, all here? Don't say anything. I am human. And let's say I am human. How can I kill this? I can kill somebody. I'm human. How can I do it? Number one only. Tomorrow morning, tell yourself, "I am human." And the whole day, you will have a very good time, and you will be very happy. Because you are human, I am human. This is number one. Number two, when you wake up and get up from the bed, you place your foot on the earth. We said, "Mother, may I put on the earth." So there are two mothers. One is our mother, our real physical mother. And the second mother, we have two mothers. So one mother is this, and the second is the earth mother. So when we step on the earth, we feel it is our mother earth. Then we go to the water. The first touch of the water after waking up. And if you touch, it is full of water or a little water. Immediately, all the nerve systems, all the nerve systems, are going inside. Water. Water touches intimately the whole brain, the body, and all nerve systems. And then, you come to eat something. And so, when we take it in our mouth, I tell God, "Please, give me food." Everyone was doing that. Now, people have lost it. Otherwise, people were always saying prayers, like we are making the first prayer and then we eat. And then the fourth is coming, that I am there. This is the point I told you today. And now I will tell you three techniques. And this, you should be happy, and you will go. So, I am human. Oh, my mother, can I touch my feet? Holy water, yes. And then give me some food. These are all the lights. See them every day for five days, and then you will feel how great your whole inner self becomes, very relaxed, happy, and everything. Very nice. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhupādīpā Nārāyaṇam. You pull me near. You sit down. Sambharāda Prabhupādīpa Nārāyaṇam. Okay, thank you. Gham Sabdhas Prabhusharanam Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇ Bhagavānak. Now we have very nice yoga, it is true yoga, whatever it is. Yoga, or what we are doing, or something, okay? So, from the horse, and when the horse is giving the knurled, and then they are telling from the onus, onus, from onus, no? So, that's called, you see that. So, Aśva, Aśva, Aśva is that horse. And so it will say, contraction, relax, contraction, relax, not holding, just like this. You will feel that through the whole nervous system, until the brain, everywhere, good feelings, energy, everywhere. God, or nature, or whatever, everything is not only for one. And if you don't understand, I can tell you one very clear point. Now, I will bring a little needle, and you are sitting here. Little needle, I give you the needle, whatever, yes, little needle, injection, yes. Our whole body is living, that is a living, and so is that, the Aśvinī Mudrā. So, please sit comfortably, if you can. And so we put our hands like this to our knees. And lean a little bit forward, a little. And your chin down, normal, and then contract, relax, contract, relax. Aśvinī Mudrā. So, like one, two, three, four, five, and relax. Again, five times. One, contraction, relax. Contraction, relax, and relax. Again, one, two, three, four. So you will see one day, sit in the morning, and very nice like this, then it will go through the whole of our spine. And this is our spine, which is very, very powerful. We are only holding this, so the energy goes through all the chakras. And whole systems, everything, once five times five. Did you understand? You have to feel it, relax. I mean, this is relaxing; the heart is relaxing, yeah. So now again, five times, and feel how you feel the whole body, not only... okay. So that when we are making the chakras and our sādhanā, then also... We are going from this when we are doing lam, lam, lam. Yes? When you have these techniques I gave you, those who did not can learn, but not so easily. Then, after that, comes the vibration from there; it comes to our navel. We come first inside the mother's body. The father's cell, from here it goes, then comes the whole body, the roots, Vajranāḍī, and breath, and further this all. Vajranāḍī, Vajra means iron. It's iron, very strong iron. Vajra is the star, and that controls. And when you did not properly take care of your spine all the time, eating too much, sitting poorly, and so on, then the spine will not be good. Vajranāḍī. And Vajranāḍī means the iron. And this is like a tree: the roots, the wood, and the branches. So, we have to be powerful, and so it is coming from the navel. From this point, when the seed is sprouting, we see that the seeds are coming already, not the seed, the roots. And two leaves are coming, and there is already one coming out. Then comes furthermore. So if it is a seed of the apple, there is apple. Mangoes of the mangoes, or others, watermelons, also. It has roots like this, and the fruits. So this is always here, and many times only the doctor knows that when she has the disease in the navel. Or what? There is disease. What does the doctor say, yeah? Die from here, quickly. That is the point of power. Therefore, it is said, yesterday evening, or morning, somebody, we were talking about what kind of yoga you are practicing, and then it is said we practiced what were five techniques. And there is a power here. Yes, we have done so many times. From where? From Nābhi. So there we shall chant Oṁ. From Nābhi, you have to learn how many steps there are. Generally, we say "Aum." Only three. That's all, but they have to go more from here to here. The whole body will go through. That's real Aum. Once more. From the navel, from the navel, don't go here. Here is relaxed. Night, you have the dream, and you will say in the dream, "Okay, again, how is it?" And so in this, the navel will not move until up and coming, that it all will not be moving from the navel. Very good. So these are the two points. And in the morning I did it, but we do it again, five times, in our index fingers, in the ears, shoulders, and elbows, in this. And close your lips. Don't bite your teeth. How is God? Where is God? How big is God? Etc. Then, about this, our science. How this goes through all elements. Five elements. And then, one point in our navel, and this navel, it is said, God has given, like Bhagavān Kṛṣṇa, is the top of the whole mountain, on all the left and right side. This means the inner self, and then that vibration in the whole universe. But it will come. I only gave you something, okay? And I gave you, today I gave you only this, but it will come big one, okay? But this is a very important, powerful... this, everything is twisted, yes. Everything is so... I will one day again, I will come to this place in our big city, and we will make a three-day program.
