Disease is rampant in this age due to chemically altered food, polluted water, and a lifestyle disconnected from traditional wisdom. Organic nutrition is essential; fasting two days weekly on water alone removes many ailments. Families must teach children to respect elders and stay rooted in home-based knowledge rather than constant outward distraction. Disciples should follow the guru’s guidance, yet many disregard it, just as children now control parents. True humanity fades when scripture study and spiritual seeking are neglected. Yogic practice offers direct remedies: Āśvinī Mudrā gradually heals hemorrhoids when done daily. Placing a drop of ghee or oil in the navel before sleep strengthens core health and prevents disease. The Brahmārī technique, sustained over time, eliminates headaches. During meditation, hold the mālā against the navel with gentle pressure while repeating the mantra, turning all attention inward. Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavānakī, Devādhi Deva, Deva Puruṣa Mahādevakī, Satguru Svāmī Madhavānandajī Bhagavānakī, Alakh Puruṣa Mahādevakī. I am very happy to see all of us again in this beautiful āśram. I am very happy to see all of you again here. Practices are now very good to undertake in this hall, and the sound is much better now. Sound is the sound. That is now: you can hear me well, and I hear you very well. I am very happy to see that you are coming from far distances as well. And what is that? So, is that talking about somebody behind? Okay. These two years we were many times engaged with our sādhanā, practice, yoga, etc.—much sādhanā. And our people—yoga practitioners and daily life people—we were all concentrated on being happy, and we were always healthy. We did very good yoga in our life, and our health is very good. I am very happy that we are always now, as it is very good. There are definitely many people who are old or already have some disease, and so, of course, there are some people. Certainly, there are some who are older or already have some kind of disease. And now, in many years—probably a hundred years before—the disease called cancer existed, but not like it is today. In all hospitals, wherever we look, most people are very much affected by this terrible disease. It is said that in humans there was also cancer, but not like that which is in this Kali Yuga. So many chemicals, many things—all vegetables and fruits, and everything is… we don’t know why they have done it, why they are doing it to obtain these fruits. They are changing the fruits from this and that, from one to another. And many fruits they have put in such a way that they can only have other seeds—they cannot be grown from the seeds of our own fruits. We were not buying seeds for all foreigners, all the farmers. We did not ask them to buy seeds because we had seeds from our own seeds. And now they have made such things. In these times, such seeds are not healthy for us, and that is also attacking in this way, in these diseases. And then, you know, also many things—how they put things for the animals and many things, what we call the vegans. The vegans are trying very hard to get all this originally. It will come, it will come, but still not like that. And so it is: humans are killing humans, but not only humans, all other animals too. We know that sooner or later everyone will die; no one is immortal. But people, when they were dying, were still not so ill. There is just a day or two, and the body gives up. And we see how many are in the hospitals and like this, how much suffering there is. So, in that way, I think we should, in your countries, have everything very good. Still, in Europe, it is still better, and try to get all this organic food in your house. And if there is one day no organic thing to eat, then don’t eat for one day—no problem, we will not die. And it is better and very good fasting, and so there is fasting. So in that way, we should all tell our children—now, in this time, only rare children become as they should for their parents and will follow the parents. And many things, what we should do: families, children, parents, like this—how to live, how to do. And nowadays, everything is, we are not in our hands anymore. So we should now try to keep our children, our parents, and all, more in our house. Don’t run away anytime, out. How many children are there when they come home from school or college or something? Is that all? They are always running out in the evening; they go out everywhere. Why can you not get knowledge from your parents? Parents give more lectures and good things to the children, not outside. So, we have to give much respect and goodness to our children—what to do, what not to do, what they should not eat. And how are the parents? How are the brothers and sisters? And so we have to bring our humans back. In that way, our people are fierce in some way, but still, your children cannot come, and we don’t follow you. But we did not give that kind of knowledge to our children, and now they don’t control you, they don’t ask you, and there’s nothing. It is said mostly of parents and children: the children control the parents. And like this, we also, the disciples and guru. So, are the disciples following our gurus or not? So many things happened when there was one guru and his disciples hanged him or something like this. So, how is the guru then, the disciples? And it is like this still. We also hear that many follow and don’t follow. They want to do what we are telling or give what we do, like this, and that is not good. So we have to learn more about our inner self. Try to see, so meditate or think very nicely, very much, and read the holy scriptures. There are books, libraries, and many, many old books also. So, nobody is going there and reading everything. Those scriptures, which from the later 200 years or furthermore, we are not reading anything. And every year we are changing from the schools, colleges, books, and whatever else it is. And only what sometimes we are writing on the wall, and now also they don’t write on the wall—only on the telephone, and everybody said yes, and like this, but what is that written? What is written lasts years, and what is now is inside? And what they are giving us is knowledge, and what was before knowledge—and this is not good. And spiritualities and spiritual people are very rare. People are there now. You see the Bible, how people every day are reading or not. Bhagavad Gītā, did somebody lay reading all? Also, the Vedas and much knowledge within them were for humanity. And humans become very human with those books. And these humans are also human, but dead humans have no humanity, which is what it should be for a human. We are learning, we are listening, we are giving, of course. But it has no sense in it. You have one apple tree, a beautiful apple. And now that apple, they took it and put it in another, and then that completely changed it. We have in our farms, and somewhere in our house or at home, some apple trees, old, very old, and they have fruit. How that is, and how others are doing, is completely not good. And how much water? For example, your Adriatic coast. And how much? The people in summer or in winter, wherever they are going, how is the water not so clean? They will not follow us, but we would follow them. Please come back. And so it is like this: many, many hospitals, many, many hospitals, and there is no place for them because so many people are always ill. In that way, many of our yoga people, now yoga centers, have also changed many things. But those who know and who are listening to what the ṛṣis, gurus, centers, and āśrams, etc., are saying, they are searching for that one. So, like we need good food, healthy food, similarly, we need healthy yoga, satsaṅg, gurus and disciples, and the knowledge. I was thinking today about what I will tell you, and I said I will speak on something. But when I came to this Mahāprabhujī’s place, this always gives me that which is the ṛṣi, the great saints. They are inside, speaking in me, and also in you, speaking and listening from those ṛṣis. When I thought about what I would tell you today, I had an idea in my head, but when I sat down at Mahāprabhujī’s place, these ṛṣis actually gave me this topic, and this topic is coming through you as well. We may be changing our dresses, and we are changing something in our body—many, many, what do you call them? Makeup. Yeah, makeup. Yes. So, makeup and normal—what is the difference? And this difference is chemicals, and if it does, and that’s coming. Oh, and then even it comes for cleaning from water, everything, and then comes out. I’m not making a joke, but I can tell you, they are cleaning everything, and then a little bit again, because they see the mirror, and they say, "My God." And again, putting something and sleeping—that’s it. This is not reality. And so are our fruits, our vegetables, our milks, our honeys, and many things. They are all completely changing. You have many of your people. I have seen many, many in these countries, that many in all villages here—they have their own vegetables, then they are doing very good, they are healthy. In the city, there are five, six, seven, or eight wells in the building. Who will make anything there, so they don’t have it? And that is a problem. We shall put our people, those who make very nice farms, and in those farms, healthy things and healthy animals, cows and others. And these vegetables we shall sell in the cities. And people are searching. Now, if you said to people, "We have organic everything," they are going and buying it. Yes? Do you buy? Yeah. But they say, where is it? So it’s much better to do some kind of technology, something, than to have a very fine farm with very good produce, and everybody—animals are also there, all milk should be the best and everything—then live again, come back to this, our world. We should come to the world, otherwise everything is… we are all… people are killing or talking or this, each other, human to human. And the healthy food you are eating, we will not be having a stomach going big and like this. Yes. So people are all… There are some things I don’t know, I’ve forgotten, but in the street, in the city, there is someone on the corner, and they are eating something and giving them something, and it’s not healthy. Now you see how many people are not healthy, so try to eat well. And I would tell you now that three times a month—not month, not month, one week. In one week, in one week, two days we should not eat. And good water, please try to get good water. So we’ll see Monday, so two in one week. Give up. Drink water, drink water. And it is said, every day, if it is possible, after you wash yourself, bathrooms and everything, then dry your body, of course, and then a little oil, and this little oil, this I will tell you after, so put a little in the navel, just very little. Many diseases which do not go away, and that oil will pull our navel, the body will become very healthy, very much, very, very much, with the navel. I will try to see what this oil is, which I will tell you. And if not, this other oil you have, then you take from the butter. And from butter, we make the ghee. And then from that ghee, just take a little in the knuckle. It must not be too much. It is just like, look at my finger, that’s all. And see, the next day, how you will be healthy and how you will feel. So, it is like, for going to sleep, you can have that oil and put it on and hurry home. Or the ghee, not butter. And the third one is Brahmārī. And you know, in this Brahmārī, we have many, many good things in our body, the whole brain, inner brain, headache—you know, a lot of headache. So do it. So, right one, then of course everything is left. So, all is good. The main thing is that we have to use and work with this mālā. So, with your mālā, as you are holding it, now in your nābhi, in the navel, that changes, hold it. Just that it is pressure, not very strong pressure, but yes, I am on my navel. If someone has a big stomach like this, you know, then, something like this, put it first like this. Yeah, so then put that little stick like this to the wall and then practice. Yeah, there are.
