The Path of Breath and the Tenth Door
The breath is the path to the tenth door.
Daily breath count is twenty-one thousand. In each breath, remember the Guru. This sumiran is the path called Om Shom Takhsala. Day and night the breath continues. Unite mind with breath into a continuous garland. This ajapa japa is the Guru’s gift. Surrender body, mind, and wealth to the Guru. By this surrender, all sins are cut. The third eye is Trikuṭī. When nine doors close, the tenth door opens. That door is Trikuṭī itself. Then the vision of divine light arises. The inner hunt becomes visible. All locks are opened. Birth and death suffering ends. Only through the Guru’s power is this achieved.
"Ikīs Hazār Sāso Svāsa, Om Śoṁ Takṣalā. Rāt Din Kā Svāsa Hai, Ikīs Hazār Sāso Svāsa Hai, aur Svāsa Meṁ Hī Jī Gurū Mahārāj Kā Sumiran Hai."
"When Tirukuṭī closes its ninth door, the tenth door is Tirukuṭī; but when Tirukuṭī is opened, all the darśana of Jyotiṣ will be performed."
