Bhramari pranayama and Om chanting

Bhajan and mantra are essential practices for inner cleansing and maintaining the correct path. These disciplines continuously work within the mind to bring the inner self forward toward the divine. Many have diverted toward material pursuits, losing the language and daily practice of their tradition. This shift must be corrected by returning to the inner self through consistent practice. Yoga, particularly Brahmārī Prāṇāyāma, is vital for bringing balance to both brain hemispheres. This technique involves placing index fingers in the ears with aligned elbows and shoulders to internalize sound. Concentrate on the resulting vibration throughout the entire body, from head to toe, to achieve unity and peace. Further focus should be directed to the tip of the nose to cultivate deep concentration and self-control.

"A mantra continuously works within our brain, mind, and understanding, bringing our self forward at all times."

"Brahmārī Prāṇāyāma is very, very great for bringing the human brain into balance."

Devadhī Dev Dev Purīśvara Mahādeva Kī Jai. Satguru Svāmī Madhavānandajī Bhagavān Kī Jai. Alakhpurījī Mahādeva Kī Jai. Satya Sanātana Dharma Kī Jai. Bhajan and mantra are among the best practices. A mantra continuously works within our brain, mind, and understanding, bringing our self forward at all times. It cleanses our mind, ensuring we remain on the right path. If we are not engaged in such practice, we may sometimes find ourselves going in other directions. There are various meditations and concentrations, and methods to bring them about. All are great means to bring our self, our inner self, to the divine parts within our bodies. The disciples of Brahmanandjī, Mahāprabhujī, and Devanandjī—all these Mahāprabhujī’s disciples—have great bhajans. We have these books and everything. In this practice, every day—morning, evening, midnight, and midday—followers of all different religions engage. But now, unfortunately, Indians and all these Hindus have diverted themselves in different directions. Of course, many, indeed most in India, still get up in the morning, make a praṇām, and recite mantras, also in the afternoon and evening. But slowly, slowly, we are failing to progress further with the children, to give them knowledge of God through bhajans. Now that the Indians and these are all followers of Sanātana Dharma, etc., we must bring this practice back in our way. For example, we have lost the words; we have lost the language. The Christians have theirs. Muslims have theirs. Buddhists are not there. Punjabis are there, and they are also engaged in this. But our Hindus have lost it, and this is not good. We are mostly moving towards materialities. It means: I want to have money, I have to work hard, I have my land, I have to have this and that, etc. But they do not understand, and therefore we should return to our inner self, in our hearts and in our body. It does not matter where you are. Whether we are Hindus or anything else, we have many gurus, and that is very great. Some gurus are this, others are that, but we are all one. Many people do not think or contribute something towards their, our gurus or this, our discipline. There are temples, but not that many, not like before. Sometimes they build one little temple, and they perform meditation or not meditation, the pūjās, and this and that. Afterwards, nobody is there to perform the pūjā. And it is locked, or it is left open like this. Purījī, Purījī... If we take up practice, we come slowly back to the yoga practice. Yoga practice is very good physically, mentally, and beyond. If we will return to this—and now people are coming back to yoga again and again—but many... People, they are already beginning too much, but for our Rajasthan, for example, in this Rajasthan, how many people are coming to the yoga practice? Many people have begun to eat meat. And in many other countries, they do not have that kind of knowledge to give them something. In their religions, they conduct things very nicely, but they are eating everything. Like they go for a marriage in Christian churches, there in the temple. Mahāprabhujīp Karatā Mahāprabhujīp Karatā He Kevalam. Good things, holy things. But now they are also doing something, but different. So, Sanātana Dharma, and that is God, I would say, that God has given to everyone what and how you will live. So that they don’t think, and they begin to eat the animals. Then dharma is no more. There is no dharma anymore. And this we have to bring back again. In this, we have to practice ourselves and learn. And in this, there are two points. Yesterday was there. Some people were there, some are not here. And this, I will again bring you back. So it is in our brain, in both hemispheres. Where is your, are we on both sides or not? And when it goes a distance, then another thing comes which we don’t want and we don’t know. Yesterday, day before yesterday, and three days already, again we will come. Brahmārī Prāṇāyāma is very, very great for bringing the human brain into balance. Everybody has this, but not complete balance exactly. There are languages which are good, and there are those which are not. And there is what we have, our language, Sanskrit. Sanskrit is very great, but we have, we are getting lost slowly, slowly. So there are three, four in that I taught every day. I’m telling, so I will not tell everything always, but always the language words, how we are speaking, and now we come again with the. Index fingers, both index fingers, and with both index fingers in our ears, but don’t press too hard, don’t break something in there. But still, make it so that we will not leave anything outside. In this, our elbows and shoulders should be in one line. After one month, you will see how many great things you will feel in your brain, in yourself. You will be very, very happy. You will feel very great things. This is about our yoga in daily life. And this has many, many programs there. And one more, I yesterday told that I will tell, so I will tell these techniques. So let’s come to this: Brahmārī. And Brahmārī has how many techniques? And that is that, like a bird. You know how the bird is so quickly going up, like flying, flying Kuṇḍalinī. And we humans, we cannot. But how are they moving differently, this and that? Similarly, in our brain, it has to be in that way. So we come again there. And what we will see, first we will do our tooth, bite your tooth, bite. Śrī Śrī... Concentrate on the eyes and concentrate on the vibration of the brahmārīs. Number this number two, both hemispheres. So you should then see how the vibration is in your brain, either coming once this going like that, or is it completely balanced in both hemispheres. If you are going to learn this in yoga and bring your life in a different way, then you should learn. Otherwise, of course, we can dance and everything, and everything is okay. So now, today, close your eyes and lips, close your teeth, bite, but not too strong. And concentrate from both sides of your sight: is this side better, or that side? We have to have complete the right. So, come on, five times again. Eyes closed. Stay very good. And the shoulder, elbow, and index finger are in one line. Close your eyes, bring your fingers out. Eyes are closed, place your hands on your legs. Try to learn the sound, how one was in the brahmārīs. Again, once with closed eyes, index fingers, close eyes. Otherwise, you have gone from Jaipur to Rajasthan. Bring your finger out here. Concentrate on the sound of the brahmarī. Hear the sound of the brahmarīs. Eyes closed. Concentrate. Concentrate. Be on your concentration with the brahmarī’s vibration. The vibration, the sound of the brahmarīs, try to listen throughout the whole body, this sound of the brahmarīs, through the whole body, round, from the toes to the top of the head, and from the top of the head down to our legs. Feel that sound in you, until there where you will concentrate and be thyself in that sound of the Brahmari. Feeling in the whole body means that you become one, only one. Don’t close and open your eyes. You have lost everything. Someone should tell the police, "Please don’t make noise; don’t speak too much." Restless means you are completely disturbed in your whole life, in your whole body. Can you feel thyself in one place, like the lamp, an oil lamp, and be in such a way that there is no wind there? Then, it’s very fine on one side. Now, bring your concentration to the tip of your nose. Just think on your nose, the tip of the nose. Will you be or not? This means that if you have no concentration, you cannot control yourself. Tip of the nose, tip of the nose. Remain with your eyes closed, let your eyes close. I have seen many times, many people, many times opening their eyes, and this... I will not kill you, I will not do anything. Just be like you are sleeping. Eyes are... Closed, concentrate on the tip of the nose. That means that you are a relaxed one. Otherwise, you have so many problems. Concentrate on the tip of your nose. Eyes closed, and bring your hands on both hemispheres. Don’t close your eyes, otherwise all that you did is gone. Hemisphere. Top of the tip of the nose. Feel in your head both hemispheres. Eyes closed. Concentration from the tip of the nose to the hemisphere. Your elbows were to the side, and now they are in the front. Now, again, listen and make without on inner finger, on your legs, on your knee. Normal breath. Concentrate on the tip of the nose, and do you hear? You feel hemisphere. Both sides are changing equally, or one is more and the other is very little. It is you; you can only tell yourself. Eyes are closed, but concentrate on your eyes. How do you feel with closed eyes? Light eyes, both sides, or one side? Deep inhale and exhale, inhale and exhale, inhale. Feel your whole body, how you feel, how you feel. It doesn’t matter how. Balance, no balance, very good, everything, very calm, peace, light. And place your palms together towards your chest. Both hands together near the chest. I will tell first, and then you will speak. Naḥaṁ Karatā Prabhu Dīp Karatā Mahāprabhujī Dīp Karatā He Kevalaṁ He Kevalaṁ Oṁ Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ Oṁ Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ Place your hands on your eyes and face. And open your eyes with your hands and close your eyes. Hari Om. Bring your hands down. Hari Om. Yesterday, I said other things, but maybe I will tell you only very little, and you can try to understand. So, are you relaxed, or do you want to put your legs out and again close and back, as you like? In your navel, middle finger, straight, relaxed, and point on this. Today, I will give you only a little point. Until I come, if you will learn this, it will be great things which will be for you. And that is, we have to say one sound to the navel and nowhere else.
