You have come from different places and backgrounds. I was so happy to see you healthy and spiritual. The exercises we are doing are very important. I was in India for nearly three months, visiting many different places. It was a time of weddings, and the period was very clear—there was no Corona. Many people asked me to come to their villages for the marriage of a brother or a daughter. Some called from far distances, requiring five, six, or seven hours of travel each way. For one and a half months, I was constantly in this trance of movement. At the same time, our Omāśram is very near to being completed. Then again, a different kind of disease came. Again, the hospitals were full of many, many people. But you know all this; it is happening across the whole world. It has been two hundred years. But people were strong. And our yoga in their life—all the bhaktas—were healthy, very much healthy. However, it happens when someone has to go to the hospital or visit other people's houses, and they were attacked. Some people were old and had different diseases. In the hospital, they also got different kinds of problems again. A few died, but the young, healthy yogīs were very good. I’m happy to know that your families are healthy and you are doing your work. We are practicing our yoga in daily life, not only for the physical body, but we are going very far on the spiritual path. Get out and become healthy. Our yoga people have been continuously practicing our yoga in their life, physical and spiritual. About three years ago, I began to give you that exercise of the Brahmari Prāṇāyāma. Many, many people who practiced exactly what I told you—this Brahmari Prāṇāyāma—were very healthy and good. There are many different techniques in this Brahmari Prāṇāyāma, and I was teaching them. That is also Brahmari Prāṇāyāma. In that practice, after we came to that point, to see both hemispheres, and then... bring the brahmarī vibration into both hemispheres. One must have control of both sides, balance, or move from time to time in our hammers. Some were not practicing properly. They were bringing the vibration down near our head. It comes very beautifully, relaxed, when these brahmarīs are practiced. But first, you should learn. I am giving you these words now, and everything I tell you, how it is. Then you go to others and tell others also? Should they teach? No. At least one year you should learn this exactly, and then give it further. Otherwise, you will make others, maybe not good, it will be in the body. And we should not be chanting or doing it too long. Five minutes is enough—not minutes, five times only. Then bring your hands down again, and you will feel the vibration in the whole body. Again, we will begin practice, but you will not have the vibration now, and don’t try this again and again. We shall give a little time again between practices. So this was very good, nearly in these two years when I was going to New Zealand and Fiji, and in that part. But you were all very good. You did very good practice, and I’m sure that you feel very good health. There are many things we can do and many things we cannot do. It is not, I don’t know, maybe different. There are other techniques, many other yogīs. So these are different. And we have to go on that one path. Others will come on the same path but from a different way. And others will get to the same goal, but through a different path. Some will come from the north, the south, or the west. Like we are here now in our ashram. And many came from different directions. Similarly, there are many, many techniques which Gurus are giving. Then it’s coming physically, this wave, and then other techniques from science and yogic vibrations—this is different. But we have to control our mind. And what does our brain help? Everything is in the brain, but the starting point is in the navel. Everything is those who are; other animals also, and that’s where they have a navel. You have your cows, horses, buffaloes; many of them have it in their navel. And there are others, like the birds, they have the egg. And in that egg, after beginning, let’s say the babies, so the birds—this is different, and we are different. So this is very much how far we are. And all these other animals, they are very far, and they also have their vibration from their navel. From their center, it’s coming. It’s like a whole tree, all flowers or anything, something is like in the heart, in the head. And how can we turn in the best way? But now, in a few years, we are returning to a different kind of brain. Our brains, and those of other animals, and like this, and vegetables also—all are changed. So now, our people in different countries also, we are searching for the seed of the fall, that we can bring back again our navel. That can remain many years, one seed, if you can keep it nicely in your house. It may have long, long years, and that seed will again be spreading. In that way, we are going on that path, and you have learned, and we should go on the path. If we die or something, we will come again on this path. You will again come to your mother or father, put together, it will come, and we will go on the same way. Many things are, we are, so we have to go with mother and father on the same path, or we do something. You are, let’s say, the Czech, and this country is here and there, and another is from China or from Africa. So all we are changing, and there is coming a little bit of disconnection to bring that back again. But easy humans, they will be born. They will be born, no matter from which countries. But there is a difference again. But we are humans, no problems, but different Africans and Chinese. Or this Europe, India, Europeans, all these together like this. And then, after, comes distances: many, many other countries. You know more than I do. So we should go on our path of yoga in daily life. We should see on our palm, but not with the light. Just when the sun has set, we see our palm, and we can see all the lines on it. Until that, yes, it is time we can make the pūjā, the pūjā or the prayer, so we should. Tomorrow, we should do that at the time of prayer. Those who are not here, it’s okay. Where you are, you should at least make the praṇām. At home, at your job, or you are on the path. So at that time, we should take this light. And then it is said what will come, how we do.
