Collecting good energy

Constant practice arises only through surrender to grace. Some receive techniques and sustain them day and night through grace. Others occasionally try but cannot control themselves. The Guru gives methods for eating, practicing, yet many return home and lose steadiness. The heart may be willing but practice falters. Now, lie down and relax. Let the body become heavy. Feel the foot, only the foot. Bend the legs, lift the soles slightly. Touch the foot gently with the fingers. Lie on the stomach and look forward. Slowly reach the foot without pressing hard. Lying on the back now, place the right hand on the chest, the left hand on the navel. Let the chest and navel settle into comfort. A warm peace spreads through the body. Stay within the body, not wandering. Meditate only on the heart and the navel. Relax, just feel.

“Only the grace of the Supreme Lord acts.”

“Only feeling, the rest of the body is here—heart, chest, and navel. Relax, relax, relax.”

We know that we are always practicing āsanas, meditation. This is good. We should be engaged in this at all times. Yet some people do not practice consistently. They only do something occasionally. They try to become healthy and good, but they cannot sustain it. Sometimes they cannot control themselves. If you can control, it will be perfect, very perfect. For many years I have been giving people techniques: how to practice, how to eat. But they go home, and then when they come back here, they are ill at ease. They are ill at ease. That is not good. So what can we do? A Guru is there, but the Guru is not with us all day. He cannot be with us always. Maybe for one year or two years. Yet some are practicing constantly—morning, evening, night—through Guru Kṛpā. That is it. And others, they cannot. Mahāprabhujī kṛpā karatā hai kevalam, Mahāprabhujī kṛpā karatā hai kevalam… (Only the grace of the Supreme Lord acts, only the grace of the Supreme Lord acts.) I can tell you, and I know—I will not say who—but many people cannot do it. They come here, and then they go home. They hurry home, and there is nothing. From my side, I am always for you. It doesn’t matter if you practice or not, but I feel it is not good. This is a prasādana, an avarsādana, an āvaraṇa (a gift, a clouding, a covering). You left your houses, your families, and you came here for one week or one month or something to do that. And the heart is willing, but please concentrate here and there. Then I will be very happy also that I can bring this forth very well. And I know how many years you have been here, and our sādhanā is very far-reaching, very good and beautiful. So again, we will practice. First I will tell you: lie down. Yes, and of course, there will be no speaking. Only I will speak, and maybe one or two will call you. And at the backside of the door, close the door—no, whoever is coming, lock it; do not let anyone in. Please do not bring anybody in at all. Unless someone is lying down and is about to die—then please take him out quickly. Let your whole body relax, and hold each and every part that is in the body. Please sit and relax. No one should come into the class again, please. You may sit outside on the note, but do not come in. No standing there. Concentrate on both legs. Hold both feet. Feel for your foot. Only the foot. You become very relaxed. And now I will tell you, and it will come: very good energy, relaxation, peace. Everything from where? How beautiful things are, and so very good of you. Now bend your legs, both legs, and your foot soles. Lift them a little. Don’t leave them on the floor—a little up. And now with both your hands. Yes, your foot. Very nice. Crickling. Very nice. Our knees are back, but with your fingers, your feet, yes. Tonight, today, it was given, but you have not yet learned what I am telling you. Place your legs down again. You did not understand me, or I did not understand you. Lie down on your stomach and look at me. Yes, I told you how I do it. I just sit there on the floor or near it, and with my fingers or my foot only, slowly on it. Yes, or you know that on your foot. If you can feel, then you will have it in the whole, in the heart of the whole, stomach up, head hot. Now, again, I will tell you in another way. And these people should not go all the way inside. You stand up, please. Sit down. Yes, with our, where I’m sitting like this. Do you see where I’m sitting like this? Purījī Prakāś, Purījī Prakāś… (Light of Purījī, Light of Purījī.) Mahāprabhujī kṛpā karatā hai kevalam, Mahāprabhujī kṛpā karatā hai kevalam. (Only the grace of the Supreme Lord acts.) The legs should be very, very nice, very nice. But not like this, only just very like this. So it’s a gentle move. I will make you really—it is not a joke, it is not a joke—it is very nice, it will be what I am telling you now, okay? Will you do something? Yes, you will do something, and you will lie down on your stomach and take your shoes off. But listen to me, please. Okay, you listen to me, please. You can lie down on your stomach and look at me. Yes, this is very, very—it’s not a joke. It is not like this, but you will see. Oh my God, Swamiji, we are great. Okay, you don’t know how to do it again. Oh, ladies and boys, lie down on your stomachs. Sit down. Hey, boys and girls. Many of them don’t do it. Their language is different. Sorry. Sorry. Okay? Now, this is… what is your name, girls? What is your name? Okay. Now, who is that boy there? Go close to her, near. Hey. No, no, no. Where are you going? Go back. And sleeping like that, yes. And now you come near and on her foot. Slowly like this. Yes, but not touching very much. Yes, my dear. Yes. That is Namaḥ Śivāya Oṁ Namaḥ. Yes. This is powerful, very powerful. But if you’re pressing, then it’s not good. Okay? Yes. So, and your hands and fingers will also go to your foot, feeling like this, okay? Please, next one. Did you? Yeah. Go a little farther back. Yes. But only just like, and you will do it, like, down, and only here, only here, not there. Only here, but not with power. Only lie down like this, and very fine. Only here, so on the, on the, and the back. Now, can you do? Now, can you do it yourself? So, lie down on your stomach, no, no,… Yeah, like this, and your legs back up, yes, and with your hands, but only, only touch your foot. Only touch your foot. Yes. And you can put your head on the left side or the right side. Comfortable. Yes. With the fingers like this, not like that. Yes. Very slowly. Yeah, because many people, they cannot even touch their legs and hands. This is a problem. Locks together, yes, more close, very close. Lie down, okay. I will put tomorrow in the glass—not glass, on the grass. On the grass it will come, okay. Lie down on your back, please. That was a very fine pull, and it was five powers in the bodies. Lie down and place your right hand on your chest. Now, don’t think other things, only your body. And if you are thinking, then you are gone. I mean nothing. On the chest, please. And right hand on the what? So, right hand. Very soft on our bodies, flesh, everything. And the left hand is on our navel. At least this you can understand: look at two parts, two places in your body. This is the chest and bum, very comfortable, very relaxed. Put your chest in a very comfortable and very relaxed position. It is yours. And on the navel, the navel is comfortable, very nice. This too, please, even your body, very great. On your chest, very peaceful, very relaxed, and coming warm. And this warm, comfortable warmth in our body, in this heaven, each and every sentence gives this life. Nabi, you all the times be in your body. Don’t think about going out, anywhere. Warm is that, cool also, in our body, everything. And take your hand beside the body, both very relaxed. See in the whole body how you feel is good. Can I be in this meditation with this nābī, the great nābī, and our chest on your heart, in the heart. Just be in your whole body, how you feel, how you like, how you would. You can turn left or to the right side, but make thyself very happy. Hari Om. Now roll yourself left, right, left, right. That’s good. That’s locked, yeah? Because people are making noise. And sit up. Thank you. We want to make our program, but I cannot do it. This I was doing with this, our praṇām, but we have this finger here and open. We don’t want it, so it is with us, so that program we will not do here, okay? We have other techniques. So now, only meditate with these two: the heart and relaxation. Only feeling, the rest of the body is here—heart, chest, and navel. Relax, relax, relax. I will not tell too much anymore. You have to be in your heart and in our bells. Relax, not with the hand, just like this. Oṁ Śānti, Śānti,… Oṁ Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇ Bhagavān Kī, Dev Purīṣa Mahādev Kī, Satguru Svāmī Madhavān Jī Bhagavān Kī, Alakhpurījī Mahādev Kī, Satya Sanātana Dharma Kī, Oṁ Śānti, Śānti,… Śāntiḥ Sat Śrī Śāntiḥ.
