Webcast from Jadan Ashram
The supreme wealth is the sight of the Guru, which bestows conscious bliss. Austerities and rituals alone do not accomplish the goal; grace, ethics, and compassion are cultivated. The sight of the true Guru is the essence, removing fear and granting liberation. Even sages and the Vedas cannot reach the state that the Guru reveals. One who is not truly alive cannot attain this life. Declarations of non-dual truth are made: "I am not the mind, intellect, or body. I am of the nature of consciousness and bliss; I am Shiva." Yet, the devotee seeks refuge, asking for the Guru's sight and grace until the very end. The final service is to the Guru.
"Japa, tapa, yoga nahī banāve, karuṇā, nīti, dayā karvāve."
"Chidānanda rūpaḥ śivo’ham śivo’ham."
