Keep the flame still
You are already a yogī possessing the science; you seek attainment yet have achieved much through practice. Many great yogīs and paths exist, all progressing toward spirituality and God, united as one. Worldly science is good, but spiritual science is paramount. I do not teach against marriage; it is necessary. Have families, give good knowledge, and maintain a righteous life. We must return to disciplined family practices, like prayers before meals.
Consider the flame of a lamp. The oil and wick are the body and elements; the flame is your life and spirit. When the oil finishes, the flame—your ātmā—departs. Light a lamp each morning as a meditation on life. This flame is also prāṇa within you. Perform regular pūjā in your āśrama to uplift spirituality and health. Your mantra practice continues within you always, carrying blessings. Do not harbor negativity; be good and unified. We are all one.
"Your little children, whom you have taught well, are like Śiva, Brahmā, Viṣṇu."
"The flame is what we call our ātmā, our spirit, which then departs."
