We should awake
The three points are sleep, awakening, and reality. I am not the doer. The whole body, from toes to heart, is involved in a state that is hard to fully describe. Sleep is very great. When we sleep deeply, there is no light or thought; we become quick and everything goes into the heart. We become completely relaxed and everything is good. Upon waking, one should immediately recognize, "I am awakened." It is very important to say, "I am human," and think this all day. The earth is our mother; everything comes from and returns to it, like a drop to the ocean. The reality is to see where you truly are when sleeping deeply. Do not dwell on many things, but go to the oneness, like the sky. Speak what is right, eat well, relax, and sleep without anything. Satsang is the best.
"Sleeping is very great. When we come to sleep, then there is no light, no thoughts, nothing."
"When we wake up from deep sleeping and we open, awaken immediately... tell to thyself, 'I am awakened, I am,' and that is very important."
