We are Humans

The nature of practice is to inquire into what you are not, to discover the Self.

We perform many actions and yoga postures, naming animals and forms, but you are not that movement or those names. You are not the body practicing. We identify with elements like water, necessary for life, yet you are not that either. We live within a body and a world, like passengers in an aeroplane, but this too is not you. Life appears and disappears, and we question where the prāṇa goes. We speak of God but have not seen God. The ultimate reality is described as light, yet even that description falls away into nothingness. The practice is to see that all these appearances—the body, the world, the elements—are not you. The true state is a oneness beyond all forms and descriptions, where there is no separation. Be with this inquiry.

"All that is moving is not you; it is that."

"There is no light also, it’s going dead."

Mahādeva, Mahāprabhujī kī Jai. Mādhavānandī Bhagavān kī Jai. Satya Sanātana Dharma kī Jai. We are human. But what does it mean to be human? It is important to see what we are and what we are not. Consider when we are working in the ashram, making our practice. We want to do many things. First, there are cows, buffaloes, horses, donkeys—all creatures. When we practice nicely, what do we practice? In yoga, humans practice bending the body. All animals, flowers, fruits, and beautiful trees also exist in their own state. So, can you tell yourself, please, what is your yoga? Who are you now? You are not that. We go for practice. We raise our hands, move them like this and like that. We move our legs, our fingers. But where are you in this? Are you dead? Then we consider milk. Milk from where? There are many, many milks. In yoga, what are we doing, and how? What we said—can you tell how many words? It is, that is, it is. How many animals are we naming? Of course. So when we are practicing, how many are we doing? Mostly, who are you there? It is not only my body. We speak of buffaloes, and we are also there. The cat is called the tiger. Everything is in our book, in our yoga exercise. All people are making yoga. What are they saying? What we tell, what it is—do you understand what I said? Our legs are straight, and many things. But then, in yoga exercises, how many names of animals are we doing? Can you please see how many names of the animals? Yes, we are all humans. We are humans sitting only. And so it is beginning. It was very much... we were all... how many yoga practices? There are the names of these animals. There is also a snake, a cobra, and it is also this spine. So many things we are practicing. When we get up, we go, what? Legs up. So big yoga, one and then next. Straight. So, our body, and after our body, then we have the name for our exercises, what we do. So, all animals, the trees, and water—many, many things—and we don’t know what is good or what is not good. Everything is very good, very good. What is it we can understand now? Do we want this one, or two, three, four? So we give the one, now make him a yogī, and come sit down. We are sitting, then we put our hands, and then our hands like this. So all that is moving is not you; it is that. Then we are practicing, so what are we calling? Which kind of animals? What we call animals are like this. We sit in some posture. Can you sit somebody in any other posture? Everybody tell you, which is that. Yes, Garuḍāsana also, so all, many, many things, all. So tomorrow, give the name, all the names, how many names, and then it is. It’s not only humans; all creatures, it’s water. Also we are water. You are not. It’s the water. How is that? If we don’t want water, we die. So, in many things, many things, and that’s why what we can do for us, and we can, will always be for us. So, which practice should we do? In this way, so now, everyone, please, today, night, while sleeping, mornings, afternoons, and so on, see the old name. What is that? Chapati. What is the chapati? Chapati. Milk. Properly. So, that is, we will do. Yes, you make everybody, and then you make like that. This is what we are. We go on the earth. Yes, also we are trying this. And in that, all is that. Many, many, many best and good, and all is like that. The aeroplane, and you know the aeroplane. What kind of instrument? And how have we done this? It makes life like living in an aeroplane. It is like living, and it is moving. It goes, goes up straight in the ocean, above the ocean, and everywhere, very nice. And we are all inside, and we have been eating good, that giving, you see. That is the aeroplane is a life, and we are also like that. We are also like. We are this in our body, and in our body, how many things are there? We see the doctors or others; we are seeing also. And you know the doctor, and the doctor knows what is there inside something, and we’ll understand. And it will give some better good again, the whole body, each and everything. And then finally, it is said, life dies. And what died? My life. What was the life? And now, where is that life? Etc. And therefore, there is nothing, and it is. And so we are here, and we don’t know if tomorrow we are not here. Where is that prāṇa? Prāṇa. And the prāṇa is also that we’ll go. And so what we can do something, and so we are human, one human, only we call the human, but there is so many things. It is many things in it. And that we make ourself and what is in our body, inside and outside. And so it is like the moon and the sun, the moon and the sun. And then it is also like the light and darkness. So, see that. See, morning, sleeping, and in our body, what is happening in our body? We don’t know how it’s happening. Sometimes you cannot, sometimes you can, everything. And this is coming, everything inside in this body. But in the body, everything, this is not that for us. Again, it is God. But God, who is God? Have you seen God? I tell, I have not seen God. But God, we saw female. As a female, our body, and how it will go then. So where are we then? And so it will go wrong, or other wrong. And so what I told is that we will do yoga in life, and we will all be good: no meat, no alcohol, not this, and so on. And in that, we will go like that. That is that. So we were speaking very nicely today. And Vasantjī, he was told very nicely about this and that, and how people were coming, whether in this good way or that way, and this and that. But where is it coming? This can be the very, very of the very. And the sun. The sun is very great. But sometimes people say that one day the moon will also be gone. What will be there? And the moon is looking like that. But it is not very powerful, very like this, yes. Yeah, but after, from this is coming the light after. And that comes for us, then becomes the light. The last, see, you go more up and upward, cold. Yeah? And we give, and it gives to our bodies. And there it is, the moon and the sun and this everything. So, let’s see our practice, what we look, we know, we know how this is. Make every time very good: what it is, how it is, that it is, you are, your, etc. So, what I am, we are not. No one is not like none. So the other thing is, the very thing is that I am happy, very happy, very happy. Good for all. And what is good for all? It means we give good to others. More and more we give, in that way we can see tomorrow and write everything. How many bodies? Okay, we are sitting here. What are you doing? Because I am sitting on, sitting on what? Yeah, so we are sitting, we are sitting, and we are sitting on what? On. And what is that? To sitting, that is this. In that way, there are so many beautiful things. And so we are just nothing, that is also nothing. And so, as we are doing very much in our yoga and life with us, you all are great, and we will expand very nicely. For what? Beautiful, good things, everything. It is about beauties. How long will it be? But which beauty? But how long? So how long are we moving? How long will we be? And therefore, for it is, we say it ourselves: we are ourself. And what is your self? The whole, the whole becomes. This is just a little help for good things. So, what will we do tomorrow then? What we make there, something we said from the, we told somewhere, "Oh, very nice." No, but how long? A very will be so many things in that way, but this is a good, peaceful harmony, and not only humans can be helping. Animals are also very good, you know. The birds come and sit. Bed one day going with that, so this many thing is there. So let us be. We make it our self like only the whole above, no anything, only light. There is no light also, it’s going dead. You and I, we will be completely one. We will not be two. That we will become so good, so we are always with. So try, try, try to see, enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. And we are human. And we can see, but animals also know very much about everything. And an ant is very good. Om Namah Siddhī Prabhupāda. Om Namah Śrī Prabhu Dīpa Nārāyaṇam. Om Namah Śrī Prabhu Dīpa Nārāyaṇam. Siddhī Prāṇāyāma. Bhagavān Kī Jai.
