The Glory of the Satguru

The glory of the Satguru is supreme, for even the greatest devotees and divine beings are servants of the true Master. Historical disciples like Dhruva attained liberation through unwavering devotion to the Guru's word. Renunciant kings and divine incarnations also followed their gurus. The highest goddess is said to envy human proximity to the Satguru. All authentic spiritual practice, including mantra and bhajan, flows spontaneously from the heart of such a realized being. This power arises from purity and consistent practice, not from gradual effort. A true Mahāpuruṣa embodies this completeness, and through good words and devotion, one aligns with that saintly nature.

"Even Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Maheśvara are all servants of the Satguru."

"We are completed already. And we are in ourself."

This bhajan glorifies the great incarnation and holy person in India, who is both a master and a devotee of the master. For example, Rohit Tathāra and Hare Chandra also worshipped their master. Therefore, the names of Rohit Tathāra and Hare Chandra gain greater potency. There is also King Mora Dacha, who renounced the world to concentrate fully on meditation and service to the Master. And Dhruva—even as a child, Dhruva was very near to the Master, holding firmly to the Guru Vākya. Through his intense devotion, Dhruva ultimately attained Mokṣa. King Chanaka, Kṛṣṇa, and Rāmacandra were also disciples of their gurus and became very holy. Even Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Maheśvara are all servants of the Satguru. In the end, Mahāprabhujī says, Mahāprabhujī looks at you and requests you, prays to you: "Please look upon us with full mercy." This is truly a glory to the Satguru. It is said that even the highest goddess was jealous of us because we can sit with the Satguru, while she cannot. Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇ, Bhagavān, Kī Jai, Devpurī Samādhi. All our bhajans—from Alakhpurījī, Mahāprabhujī, Devpurījī, Mādhavānandjī, and others—are like this. Holy Gurujī was with me; Mahāprabhujī was there, though I did not see him. But his bhajans and everything else were present. It is very good that wherever we are, we should practice mantras and other disciplines. This comes from our heart, from our thoughts and thinking. All of this is for us. That is why most people go there for mantras—doing all mantras and progressing further and further. Our Gurudev, Holy Gurujī, was great in how he composed mantras and bhajans. Holy Gurujī would not merely sing the same bhajans every day; they came directly from his heart. He gave these mantras and bhajans. Mahāprabhujī would give bhajans immediately, spontaneously. And what is this about? We are thinking and we want to see what God is, what God has given. There are so many in India—many, many sādhus and swāmīs, and so many bhajans you cannot count them all. Mahāprabhujī is our Mādhavānandjī Bābājī. He said, in my... I have all that my Gurudev has given to me, so that we can... I don't think I know how I will do this, God. It comes just like this, spontaneously. So, not that. Okay, what? We, this bhajan, and how, and we, and that—no. Immediately? That is a Yogī. That is a Mahāpuruṣa. A Mahāpuruṣa... that's not so easy. But when he is that, then he is what we call a Mahān Puruṣa. He knows everything. So what we are doing in our āśram, everywhere we are—and I am also doing what Mahāprabhujī has given—we are thinking, working, and we want to practice. Yes, there are many of our disciples, all our Europeans; in Europe I know that. But our people, they have many of their bhajans, and all will come—bhajan, bhajan, bhajan. So, one is this, that one. So, jana, jana, manuṣyā. He is a manuṣyā. That is a manuṣya. And when one is a manuṣya, that person will not kill animals. He will... like we, you are all maybe drinking... I am always going to an Indian language now, mostly, but there we have to go inside. And then, every day when you have bhajan, go for one or two days. It will come. It will come. And what will come? That power. Which power? That power of the gods. What is that God? Because this is purity. In that purity is something very, very great. And so, you all know very well. Many of you are singing bhajans; many of you know. Every one of you can sing bhajans. Yes, yes. And that is very great. So we have this in the whole world, in many, many countries. They are our bhaktas; they are with the mantras. And from these mantras, we practice everywhere. So we should always see what is coming to us. It is something coming, as Holy Gurujī said. It is coming like the gods, the gods' words—in these words which are pure. When you speak good words, always speaking any good words for everybody, then we become a great saint, a very great saint, and it comes there. So you will go, as tomorrow again you will go to your house. You come from far distances, a few of you. And you should practice, and you are doing. I know that many, many of you know that. All, yes. So, my words are for your words, because your words are my words. For what? What are we taking? We are not taking something very quickly, something this and that and this and that. No, no. We are completed already. What is that? We are completed. And we are in ourself. So, I wish you all the best. Some came from a far distance, some are here, and some are from here already. So, I wish you all the best. Tomorrow, I’m going to India, and in India, not only to Jadan, but there are many, many places I have to go. They said, "I have to go. Vajan and this and that." So there’s one person that’s from my village, from my Rupavas, and near this. And they are working very far away, somewhere. But they gave me, and how many thousands, thousands and thousands of people there were from India and all over, and they are my disciples.
