We will bring that divine light

The essence is the Guru's light and the systematic knowledge received. A rare opportunity exists to be with the Gurudev. India is an ocean of knowledge, and the Guru brings its pure essence to all. The knowledge of the Vedas and Upaniṣads belongs to everyone. A true Guru is a Brahmaniṣṭha Śrotriya, one who knows reality and can speak it simply. Many speak, but few combine knowledge with expression. The provided system of yoga is good and simple. The core duty is to preserve and spread the light received from the Guru through sādhanā. That inner light transforms everything. Follow the masters' words and practice yoga in daily life.

"The one who knows the reality and can speak about it... is a Brahmaniṣṭha Śrotriya."

"Bring that light everywhere where you are... You are like a sun in the dark universe."

Namo Śiva, Oṁ Namaḥ Śiva, Śiva, Hara, Śiva, Śiva, Namaḥ Śiva, Śiva,... Hara, Śiva, Śiva, Namaḥ Śiva, Śiva, Hara, Śiva, Śiva,... Hara, Śiva, Śiva,... Śiva, Hara, Śiva, Śiva,... Hara, Śiva, Śiva,... Hara, Śiva, Śiva,... Hara, Śiva, Śiva, Śiva,... Śiva, Hara, Śiva, Śiva,... Śiva, Hara, Śiva, Śiva,... Śānti, śānti, śānti. We have our Mahāmaṇḍaleśvarjī here today. He travels all over India and has come very late, but he is here now. He will share something very good with us. So please, tell us something. It is always best to start with: Namaḥ Mahāprabhujīpāda Karatā, Mahāprabhujīpāda Karatā, Hi Kevalam. It is an honor and a blessing to be with you today, to be with our Gurudev. In one way, it is a rare chance that we are here together. Not everybody is as lucky as we are to meet and be with our Gurudev. It might not seem that important, but it is. I came to Europe because there was a yoga conference—the European and World Yoga Conference in Spain. I know the main organizer, who invited Swāmījī. But you all know that Viśvagurujī built a new Śiva temple. He rebuilt the Śiva temple in Harivasani, where Mahāprabhujī was born, in that house or beside it, and a big gate in the middle of the village. Swāmījī was busy with that program, so for some reason, he sent me. For the last fifteen years, I have been intensively studying Indian culture, literature, languages, and so on. India is like an ocean of knowledge, a treasure house. Out of this knowledge, some goes to every part of the world. I basically don't want to leave India because of that, for in India we are at the center of all knowledge of this universe. When I went to Spain, I was so happy and grateful that we met Swāmījī. Because the knowledge that Swāmījī brings here, that he brought to Europe, is pure and systematic. Of course, we can always expand; everybody can expand at any time. But the knowledge Swāmījī brought is truly the essence. One book, called the Tulsī Rāmāyaṇa or Rāmcaritmānas, consists of 10,900 verses and is considered quite small in India. We are talking about hundreds of thousands of mantras, hundreds of thousands of pages of various knowledge, and Swāmījī gave us the essence. In the Māṇḍūkya Upaniṣad—and the Vedas are at least 6,000 years old, otherwise 20,000, 30,000, or even 100,000 years old—there are 11 Upaniṣads, and after that many more Upaniṣads and other texts. These Vedas and Upaniṣads, these 11 Upaniṣads, they don't belong to any God. They belong to everybody. This is the beauty of India: the knowledge of India belongs to everyone. In the Māṇḍūkya Upaniṣad, it is written about the Brahmaniṣṭha Śrotriya Guru. We all who studied in schools are called Śrotriyas, the ones who speak. But basically, a Śrotriya is one who studies holy scriptures: Veda, Purāṇa, Upaniṣads, Rāmāyaṇa, and the like. On the other side, there are Brahmaniṣṭhas—the one who has realized himself, who has realized Brahma, the indescribable God. So, a Brahmaniṣṭha is one who is self-realized. There are many such people who are self-realized, but they don't spread the knowledge; they live in seclusion, with only a few disciples. There are many good speakers—we all know the best speakers are politicians, from whom we never expect any knowledge. So we have people who speak and people who know. Their combination is rare. The one who knows the reality and can speak about it—one of these people (of course, there are more) is our beloved Viśvagurujī. A Brahmaniṣṭha Śrotriya is one who does not hide the knowledge but makes it accessible to us. In India, there is a huge dispute about Advaita Vedānta. Is Advaita Vedānta better than Viśiṣṭādvaita Vedānta or Dvaita Vedānta or some other Vedānta? When this comes here, it means nothing. This is such specialized knowledge that for a normal person, it does not mean anything. So we are lucky to have such a guru who gave us all the knowledge very simply. A few times I gave a lecture in front of Gurudev, and it was so complicated that even I got lost. Then Swāmījī looked at me and said, "Simplify." So I said, "Okay, I'm making my life miserable." We are lucky to have such a guru. Not everybody in the world is lucky. We started from Śivjī, from Śiva. Then Alakpurījī. Then Devpurījī. Mahāprabhujī. Holy Gurujī and Viśvagurujī. Many of the people speaking today are called in India Svayambhū—self-born, self-made. Just open a YouTube or Instagram channel; you will find them within seconds. So it is very easy for us to go and study Indian philosophy, and you will know. When you start studying, you will just get the names of what Swāmījī gave us in the system. We just go through the "Yoga and Daily Life" book, we go through hidden powers in humans, and then we go through these meetings with the yogī, or just any lectures of Swāmījī. Then, if you want, we can classify: this is Vedānta, this is Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras, this is this, this is that. Because for me, it's easy to speak; it's relatively easy. I know she just said it's not so easy, but it's quite easy to speak. But when you go out of this door, what will you take with you? So if you can take one thing, it will be this: just follow the words of our masters. Practice yoga in daily life. Practice the techniques in chakras and kuṇḍalinī. You cannot believe how good a system we have. This is a public lecture; there are so many of you listening. I am politically very correct. I don't want to tell what I think about some techniques I recently learned. We have a really nice, good, and simple system. With this, I would like to thank our beloved Gurudev, that he is with us and he still hasn't given up on us, and we are trying to do our best. We will try to do our best also in the future. Yes, did you understand? Now we can know what is yoga in daily life. And they in India, they made it very much, but in that one, they have destroyed everything. Modiji did not come inside with them. And so it is something that is not good. I have been here in Europe for so many years, and this. And what I give them, that's what he told me now. And then again, there is coming what is called yoga then. So they keep me half, and you should tell. Don't go in that way. They think that only in the college—and the college, what is that college? And this, this is not, but they don't know what it is. So I told you already in India also, and I said we have to go with yoga in daily life. Moreover, it is known that meat, clits, and certain things, and different things which our Mahārāj has given you now. So we have to bring again, and the people who have already gone out... Those from India, they made yoga, and that's all. And therefore, real yogīs, yoga sādhus, yoga Indians, they are still there with us, and we all wish to tell, and we will go further back and bring the people back again. They are thinking of yoga, and they are bringing yoga, but what? Which yoga do they do? They give the names, but for what? There is that blacking. So, more of this we will come again, better. So that our Mahāmaṇḍaleśvarjī, he was given everything, very, very best things. And also, how many different countries, like this and that and that. Still, there is a sea which is one; another is different. That is different. But when they come together, then they get something; it is oneness. So, thank you very much. And now, I think we have a little time. And our Mahāmaṇḍalī Swargī. Yes, please. Praṇām Gurudev. Hari Om, dear friends, brothers, sisters. It is a really rare opportunity to be here in the satsaṅg, and I am very happy that today with us is also Mahāmaṇḍaleśwar Swāmī Gyāneśwarjī. He is not so often here in Europe with us, but in thoughts he is with us, and we are with him. We have a little different... he is more with the books and more with the studies. In other words, I am not so much with such a way of studying, and we love to talk to each other. I am so happy that you have 50 years of yoga in daily life in Czechoslovakia. And in the last few years in Croatia, we have worked a lot with the Indian Embassy. And you know what the Indian Embassy will do on such an occasion? They will celebrate 50 weeks of 50 years of yoga in their life, which means every week you should have one event. Imagine this, but you are every day celebrating yoga, yoga in daily life, because I think that is the most important thing: to have your own sādhanā. I remember one story which Viśvagurujī told us. That story was after Krishna left; Arjuna got a task to bring Gopī and Gopāla back to Ayodhyā. On that way, wild people from the forest came and attacked them. Arjuna... And Swāmījī nicely said, that is the problem with all people who don't have sādhanā. And I think that is the most important thing in yoga and daily life: that mostly we are not talking too much, but every person in Yoga in Daily Life has sādhanā. What Viśvagurujī teaches us is that all the time we should have real sādhanā, and what we hear from Viśvagurujī in almost every satsaṅg: "Today is the most important, the best constellation." You know this? You remember this? And that is the truth. Today it is the most important, the best constellation of all planets. Why? Because we are in the satsaṅg, because we are with the Guru. All other constellations, all other things, are not important. I also remember, once, forty years ago, in that time, it started with this, you know, measuring energy and all this nonsense. One person came to Viśvagurujī and asked about geopathologic energy. That person told me that Viśvagurujī looked at him and asked, "You don't have a mantra, you don't have Ajapā?" And that is the essence. Also, I remember when I became a disciple, I got from Viśvagurujī a picture of Mahāprabhujī. Swāmījī told us to always keep this picture with you in your pocket, and nothing wrong will happen in your life. And that is important. All world, everything is creation of your own mind, and if you have your sādhanā, if you have your confidence that you are a real disciple... and in that moment, the aim of each of us is not to complain, "Oh, this world is suffering, this world is negative, oh, in this energy is..." Not good? No. If we have our Gurudeva in our heart, everywhere we will go, we will bring that divine light. Remember your mantra dīkṣā. And on your mantra dīkṣā, Viśvagurujī always said, "Bring that light everywhere where you are. Bring that light with you." In the meditation, Anahat meditation, in the Chakra, Kuṇḍalinī, hidden power in human—what are you doing? You are imagining that in your heart is a light, and that light you are spreading around you. You are like a sun in the dark universe. But that light we gain in the moment of mantra dīkṣā initiation, and only that is important in our life: to keep that light, not that wind of doubts. The wind of some of our stupidity blows away that light, but always keep that light, and even in hell, when we come, we will make from hell a heaven. But not we. That is a very important thing. Oṁ Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ... What does it mean to be aware? That light we gain from our Gurudev; our duty is only to preserve that light and to spread it. Not "I am spreading that light," but only with love, with surrendering to the divine, without fear. And that light is what everybody of us, especially... We talk 50 years is in the Czech Republic, Czechoslovakia—sorry, ex-Czechoslovakia—and we should celebrate every moment of our life. That light, Śrīdīp number one, Kej Jai, I know that. He was very young, but still he came to me, and he was somehow in me. And his mother—he is very good to his mother, but different for him and for her. He will respect his mother very much, but he was somehow in me. And he had one very great person; he was a little more, and he was also both; they become friends. And though always, they both, they come into me and they all, they said, "No meat," and this and that. And then there are many people who came together. Well, people come and go. But he was just like these, where there is sweet and one would like to have more and more. And you know, if I tell, I will give it a long time. So he was one of the best, yes, and then on this he came on him, yes. And so he tried to do something, but he didn’t want properly, or not like that. So where is his mother? She was always very clear to him, and then he came in. So one girl came, and so she became husband, so like this. But his thinking, I did not tell anybody, neither him nor other. But he said, "How can I get out?" It happened, it happened so fine. So again, he wants to be very together, but wants to be separate. But how can he do this? So, well, that is one girl who was that. She’s a very, very, very best one, and she always takes him in hand. And he’s making him in a good way, so they both, and then suddenly he became a sannyāsī. He was all the time wanting to become a sannyāsin. Finally, he decided to do it. But then she was there; they were together, husband and wife. So if I become a sannyāsin, then what can I do now? The girl, she was very good. She said, "You can do it, no problem." But she told me, and he thinks loose. I want, I will not go separate ways from him. So what happened? Because now she becomes me. Because he was a sannyāsī, and she is now to me. "Swāmījī, please, make me also a sannyāsī." And so they are both here. And then he thinks, "I am still with him." She said yes. "I will cook and do this and that for us." So they become together like best friends, and my yoga, my disciple. So they both are together, and very beautiful, and very good, and there’s no problems. And now they are like both. Maybe we will give one day Maṇḍala Śvara. But she said, "No, no." So, how did I come to this? So, it was he, then he, and then there’s a she and one more. How many are here on this path? Because our Gurudeva, Madhavananjī, and Madhavananjī, he said, "Know anywhere, just only my Guru and my Guru’s disciple." And so it is said, Mahāprabhujī said, Mahāprabhujī, Mahāprabhujī,... Mahāprabhujī. So he said, "What would you like? What can I give?" And Mahāprabhujī said, "No, nothing. No, only you, Mahāprabhujī." Only your name, nothing else. Really. How many? He speaks this and that, and that. He said no. On and on and on, my guru, I will give everything. No money, no anything. Only for you, Mahāprabhujī. And so, Madhvanājī Bābājī, really he gave all up. Only Mahāprabhujī. And that has been given to me, so my Gurujī is in me, and in me, you are all. So, all we are, we are in oneness, so one in all and all in one, okay? Tomorrow... it’s already, wow, someone is going for sleeping. So, see you tomorrow, and adios. Lipnā and Bhagavān eat them.
