We learned that we are human

The human calling is to live as true humans, distinct from animals.

The human comes from God. Jīva Jīva Bhakṣate—life eats life. Shiva saw all creatures eating each other. Shiva brought the human to stop this. A human who eats meat and kills acts like an animal. That is not human. Humans should not eat animals. Eating only fruits and pure things is human. Alcohol is only for medicine. Drinking alcohol otherwise leads to loss. Not eating meat purifies the body. This brings happiness and heaven. Those who eat meat go down. Satsang means truth. Spread this teaching to all. People from many countries are learning.

"Jīva Jīva Bhakṣate."

"We are human, and if we are human, why do we go killing? Then it’s not a human."

Filming locations: Āśram, Sweden.

Praṇām Swāmījī, it’s a blessing to have you here in Sweden. This is the Yoga in Daily Life’s first satsaṅg ever. My wife, Durgā Devī, has been planning this for many years, and it is a pleasure to have so many yoga sisters and brothers here in our āśram. It is an incredible, unbelievable, great honour, Guru Dev, that you are here. This is beyond words. One can say very many things about the beginning of Yoga in Daily Life. To realize today, by building up this entire entity which is separate, has been taking time. And I think with your blessing, which we have had from the beginning—your blessing and your thoughts have been with us all the time—that is why we could realize it here, right now. I don’t think I will talk so much right now. Tomorrow, there will be a lecture. I wish that the light from this little spot will spread throughout all of Scandinavia, like a new island in this world. What you are talking about—each and every one, they come from different countries here, and they are all in that. We, for the humans—the humans, there are humans and non-humans, but no, the human is human, and that is not anyone else. All this with meat and alcohol and such, it is all wrong. So you can sing well and tell something, words, something, and then, okay? Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān, Kī Jāya, Śrī Śrī Devpurījī Mahādeva, Kī Jāya, Śrī Svāmī Madhavānanda Jī, Bhagavān, Kī Jāya, Viśvaguru, Mahāmaṇḍaleśvarānanda, Śrī Svāmī Maheśvarānanda Jī, Gurudeva. Vishwaguru, Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara, Parahaṁsarī, Svāmī Maheśvarānandajī, Gurudeva, Kī Jai. Human. Who is the human? And in that human, it is that which comes from God. Because Jīva, Jīva, Bhakṣate. Jīva, Jīva, Bhakṣate. Jīva, Jīva. You know what Jīva is? Life, life of the life, Jīva Jīva Bhakṣate. They all eat—eat meat, animals, this, that—all animals, all they are eating. So it is Bhagavān Śiva: Jīva Jīva Bhakṣate, all, anyone. So Bhagavān Śiva said, “I will, I will bring you someone,” and that is the human. Śiva, He did everything, but He did not know at first. And so He comes to the human, that it is a human. And those who are eating everything—meat and this and that—it is a human body. But inside them, what is happening? We should not, and that which is not meant for us, is only for the human, so that you will go again to God in heaven. And where is not in heaven? Those who eat meat and such, they will again go down. So, Śiva, Jīva Jīva Bhakṣate. Jīva means all living beings, everything, every creature—even under the earth there are many things. This is also like animals. And when it was given to us, we said, “I will bring you Bhagavān Śiva, and I bring you human.” It takes a very long, very long time—how Bhagavān Śiva works; it is not immediate like that. It was going like humans, but they were going like this, then they go out slowly up like this, then again they went straight, and so in the head, it comes everything more and more and more, the best one. But there is a distinction: one is the humans, and those who look like humans but act like animals—eating meat, killing any animals, and so on. So this is that: looking like a human but killing everything. Śrī Śrī... Yeah, different ones. Australia, New Zealand, and many more, and like this. They have learned now, “Yes, we are human—we are human, manuṣya, manuṣya, manum, humans.” Then we should not eat this and that. So, killing and such is like animals, and this kind of living is the same. So, I place my hands on you and I said, “Look, please, all this killing, eating, teaching—this thing, then what is heaven?” Then what is that? Animals and this are the same. So when it came from the Himalayas, from then it is said, “No, no, no killing, no killing like this. Only eat some fruits, something, and you can take something, but not animals and nothing.” When I came to this country, I was here about three, four, five times. But then there were too many people, so I remained on the other side. But they all came—my disciples from here; they were always coming to these centers. Today I was coming, and there were so many disciples here from many, many countries. We are coming here and we gave the bhajans—very nice bhajans, śṛṅkhalās, etc. And we are giving you only good fruit, good, that’s all. And that was when I came here. At this point, I was not here; I was on the other side. But my disciples are here, and they are here from here, coming here. So that’s why I came here also. So you should give that to somebody: we are human. And when we are human, we should not eat the animals and everything. So, let it come more and more, more and more. Then it will not be; one day it will not be. More will come, and many will come, more and more, where he will come back. And in a few years, many, many old people here in this again, you will be. Take their very great advice. So I came here today, and we were doing bhajans, very nice bhajans, speaking about everything, but we did only pure, good things, not other things like that. And you saw that you all are now learning very much, and in many countries—you know, I have been to many, many countries, many, many… many countries. And there I have my disciples, very many from there. Now, you should come. You should come about two or three times. And come again. Here, ten or twelve people can come and do bhajans, like this. Come on to this again. There are many people. It is not that only people like this exist; there are many good people. And they are also looking at how we can do it and how we can do it. We are human, and so if we are human, then why do we go killing? How? Then it’s not a human, yeah? So you are killing, cutting, eating—it’s not a human. There is no human. These are different things. So, we are here for two more days, three days total, and we will have bhajan. I have given you these bhajans here, and you should give them to everybody, to all the people, and give the satsaṅg like this, okay? So when you are doing satsaṅg inside—sat-saṅg, sat, sat means sir, Śiva, truth, truth. So this is Śiva, Śūnya, and so satya, that’s satya, satya is the truth, the truth of this, the truth. So, you who are from here, now with me, you should listen, take the books with you, and like this, people will come. Many times people come, many, many people come there. And very many of my disciples are here inside, and there are also many more disciples. So, again, I came here. I was there about ten—how many? Five, six, seven times I was there, here in this. Here I was not. And so, from there and here, we should help everybody, and we should give to the people—it doesn’t matter if they are Indians or Americans or from other countries or anything. We all become one. We are human. So what is the human, and what is the animal? These are the dead things. So now, too many come black. All many things black, black… but now it has changed. So, always, always going like this, and now coming more and more. Three years like this, one lifetime, a second life, and a third life—you will see it will all be on the people who will not eat meat and this and that. And so you have given, you have, and we should give it to everybody. So, just to say, if you are here, someone, then today, no more meat. You know meat? Oh, alcohol. Alcohol is very good. It is very good, but not like this—drinking and drinking and like this. This is also when the doctor, or something, they can use something for a little. That is that. Medicine, no? Yeah, as a medicine. Very good, as a medicine. So that is okay, but now they pull it down. The drink, this. So drink, drink… Karatā Karatā, we lost everything. So, these two are that. But first, animals are not eating. First, it is very, very much. There is everything, many things for eating, many things. Why do we kill the animals, and why are we eating? It is a great thing. That is a—so we all, we have to bring and tell them and give this: see, see, see. You will see, one day, two days, three days, four days, one month, two months, and one year—your body, everything will become very good. And in it will become the pure, very purity, pure and pure. So I tell you, it is yours. If you will look, you do, then you will be happy. And if not, all you see here, and then you go—that means you lost. So everybody, people will, and they all come, my disciples here with me today. Śrī Śrī… Yes, so that is it. Thank you very much. And to those people who are here, I send you blessings. Be healthy, be very good, and begin, human, the human. Okay? Hari Om.
