Satsang from Spisska Nova ves

The living temple is built within the human body and as a stone structure, both holding the divine presence. A temple in India, shaped as the sacred OM, was constructed over decades through devotion and collective human effort. Its activation occurred when the golden kalashas were placed, channeling cosmic energy to the Shiva Lingam to purify the world. This energy resonates within, transforming inner darkness. The guru's presence dispels all negativity, regardless of one's past karma. The temple stands as a unique ashram, a center of eternal yoga and light.

"To be in an ashram is a blessing. It’s the entrance to the big temple."

"In the presence of the Guru, it dissipates. In his angle of his look, the negative energies melt."

Filming locations: Spišská Nová Ves, Spiš, Slovakia.

Abha-hamma guru-śaraṇa-sukha-pāya. Thank you. Prabhu, vega śuddhi lenā, tumhāre darśan hai pāvan. Sabapa khun śāvan. Let me welcome you in Spišská Nová Ves. In the name of the Slovak Union, Yoga in Daily Life, and in the name of all Bhaktas who came to this satsaṅg today, I welcome all of you. Viśva Gurujī has been visiting this city for many years—not just years, but tens of years, decades. The oldest yogī among us will tell us a little about the history of Yoga in Daily Life in Spišská Nová Ves. So I would like to ask dear Mrs. Miartanova to speak a little bit about the history. I am above 70, but this young lady is about 80. So, a short recapitulation. Life is long, but the last decades are connected with yoga. I would like to thank all of the yoga teachers and especially Monika Hružová, who has been doing the effortless work here. I would also like to thank Alan Dudinský, whom I met when he was five years old, so I thank him for everything. For the whole of Europe, I will be shorter. I prepared a list because it’s important at my age that I don’t forget anything. I have my glasses, and I will speak slowly to have time to translate. At the beginning, I would like to say that I was surprised—not that I’m the oldest one, but that I was chosen. It was a big surprise for me. I don’t usually have stage fear, but at the moment, I really have stage fear. When Svāmījī came to Europe, it was like the sun is brighter. He brought a lot of wisdom, love, and peace. Through the teaching of Yoga in Daily Life, yoga is endless. Without boundaries is the consciousness which never sleeps. It’s the eternal life. It’s the eternal light in the body and in the soul. Without the start and without the end, his love is endless. For millions of practitioners, thousands of open yoga centers on the whole earth, peace and environmental conferences and lectures, and thousands of peace trees and meetings with all happy of all continents for lectures and also on different walks around the surrounding area. Our yoga center is blessed for the practice of Yoga in Daily Life for people of all ages. Let me speak about the first yoga teachers in Spišská Nová Ves. You won’t be surprised that the first yoga teacher was Alan Dudinský. Thanks to him, the group of yoga teachers started to grow. The moments of the beauty of the moment—many of you experienced this, and it resides in you till now. Was it the first meeting with your master, with Svāmījī? How was it? It was amazing and eternal. In 1975, Alan met Viśvagurujī in Moravia. And then there were first satsaṅgs with Viśvagurujī and Holīgurujī in Streľka. Spiritual father Svāmījī is the spiritual father of the International Center of Yoga in Streľka. What does he say about it? To be in an ashram is a blessing. It’s the entrance to the big temple. Breathe in different air. Try to touch another world with your soul and go to light and to highness. These moments will resonate in you forever. I wish you, I wish all of you, that this satsaṅg and this moment will be the miracle of this moment. Thank you, Lord. Thank you. Thank you, Anka. Anka is the legend of Yoga in Daily Life. And as she said, there are two types of temples: the stone one and the human one. There is the presence of God in both of them. And Svāmījī, our Viśvagurujī, builds the temple of our human body, as well as the temples, those stone temples around the world. And if you are able to keep, to see this essence and the energy of this world which Viśvagurujī gives us, that one is happy forever. And today we will see how the biggest temple in India was built. We will speak a bit about this, and again we would like to try to feel this energy which started to flow in this temple. All of us, we know that we lived all this year through, or with… This opening of this ashram, many of us, we were in India and we could experience this, and who wasn’t there should have been there. It’s something amazing, so we will try to harmonize with the technique. A little bit of light. This temple was built based on the Indian tradition. It wasn’t easy to create the plans of the temple. It wasn’t easy to decide which material they would choose. And here you can see pictures from 30 years ago, where they start to dig the hole for the foundation stone. Two days, whole days and whole nights. Very solid ground. They tried to dig a hole of one and a half meters, one and a half meters, and one and a half meters into the ground. For nine days, there was a permanent yajña. They permanently sang Vedic hymns, and they held a yajña for the whole nine days. They asked for the blessing of this place and of this building. Thousands of people were coming every day. This is the ready-made foundational stone. This is the foundation stone, and you can see there, on the right side, you can see the stone also from Levoča and Spišská Nová Ves and Poprad, so it’s your foundation stone. These are different ceremonies, and the Śiva temple in the old part—you can see that those trees around are really small because it’s 30 years ago. Now, at the moment, they are big. And our dear Svāmījī coordinated all the steps of the work. Now we will jump to the present moment: 2024. Or 2023. This is the story of the building. It’s already 2024. So this is how this temple welcomed us three or four weeks ago. The greatness of these buildings you can feel just when you enter the building. I was there a few times, but what I experienced this time during the grand opening of this temple, I can’t really describe. This temple is a cult place of yoga. It is something unique. It is said to be the eighth wonder of the world. That this is the eighth miracle of the world. Prečo? Why is it like this? Oṁ is the symbol of the yogī. Because Oṁ is the symbol of yoga. Oṁ—one can speak about it for a very, very long time. We can speak a long time about Oṁ. This temple is the only ashram in the world which has the form of the Oṁ, which is shaped in the Oṁ form. And the mantra Oṁ is an important mantra for every yogī, not just for a yogī in daily life, but every yogī has the sound of the Oṁ in the depth of his heart. Oṁ is life. You can see tons and tons of stones where there are carved reliefs and sculptures of mythology, of yoga. This is the place of the 9-day yajña, the 9-day ritual, which was held there, which purified the space. Which purified the space, which purified our inner space, our inner world—both the outside space and the inner space of all of us. These are so-called kalaśas. They are gold-plated. These are the tops of the domes of those different temples. And they placed those kalaśas just before the grand opening, which they realized it’s the time for the grand opening, and the time was just five minutes. The moment when these kalaśas are placed on the top of those domes, the temple is activated; it’s getting to life. That cosmic energy, the cosmic energy, goes through that kalaśa to the Śivaliṅgam, where the energy of the earth is activated, which rises up and through the spaces of this temple, it flows to the whole world, to the whole space. During those five minutes when they placed the top of those kalaśas on the top, the temple started to be a temple, and the energy from this temple starts to flow now. Which will change the bad to the wrong to the good on this earth and in this space, and it will influence our inner life. We will speak about this synergy and how these two temples influence each other. This is the entrance to the temple. This is the flag, which is the sign of the Oṁ. Great work was done by Mahāmaṇḍaleśvar Pulpurījī, and this is Nandi, which brings our wishes from us to Śiva. Śiva is cosmic consciousness and the awakened principle in the universe. This is the inner space of the temple where there is Mahāsamādhi of our beloved Holī Gurujī. Beautiful, beautiful place of marble stone. In this temple, you can feel this resonance. You don’t need to do anything in the temple, but you start to shiver a little bit in the temple. Big respect. Such a feeling of sacredness, and the feeling of the divine. This is the statue of Holī Gurujī. No, and that is our dear Viśva Gurujī, and our dear Viśvagurujī is going to bless the kalaśas on the crane exactly at that moment to reach those five minutes. You can see the safety that they were hanging on one hook, and I can tell you that the wind was really strong. It was something. This is the bell at the entrance to the temple, and when you enter the temple, you can ring the bell. This is during the prayer. And here you can see the Śiva Liṅgam. The cosmic energy flows through the kalaśa on the top of the roof, and through that copper cone, it drops on the Śiva Liṅgam. You can see there are twelve forms of Śiva on the Śiva Liṅgam. At this place, the cosmic energy activates the earth energy, and through this temple, it goes to the whole space, to the whole universe and earth. It’s a really divine place. It’s the center of life. Śiva Liṅgam is surrounded by 1,008 of Śiva’s statues because Śiva has 1,008 names. And branches of Yoga in Daily Life, or a single person, people can donate for this ashram, and their name is then written under that Śiva statue. According to the ancient Vedas, the life temple has to be built from the donations of simple people. Not from the money of big corporations. Simple people contribute to the building of this temple. And the second level is that the temple has to be built by the hands of simple people, normal people. No 3D printers, no AI models. This temple and these statues were created by 300 to 400 workers, simple people. It was a lot of human work and human energy. Svāmījī, naś Viśvagurujī a deti, tak to je kapitola sama o sebe. Viśvagurujī and children, it’s love. Svāmījī loves children. Because children are our future. Now, these are friends from Martin who made these pictures. And I thank Milan Novák, who brought these pictures, and we can see them now. Thank you. God bless you. Sa jñāna sukhaṅda vijayī ho mahāsamrāṭ avijjala jñāna adhaṅga yuga-yuga-jih-vara-yuga-jih-vāma-śvara-ṅda śrīddhi-padāyalukha-śiṣ-nidābhārasoha pradhūḍi-padāyalukha-śiṣ-nidābhārasoha yuga-yuga-jih-vāma-śvara-nanda-jih- yuga-yuga-jih-vāma-śvara-nanda. Juga juga jīva Maheśvara Nandājī, juga juga jīva Maheśvara Nanda, juga juga jīva Śrī Maheśvara Nandājī, bole sī divnaryam bhagvānakī jai. We have heard a beautiful bhajana. But now, what is the value of the guru? What is the value of the Master, of the Guru? What is the value of the darśan that you can see the Divine? What is the value of His presence? Imagine the dark cave. And when the light comes, it doesn’t depend on how dark the dark in the cave was; it will disappear. And the same is in ourselves. It’s not important how hard our karmas are in ourselves. In the presence of the Guru, it dissipates. In his angle of his look, the negative energies melt. The darkness in ourselves. And it’s not important who we are. And this is the value, this is the richness of the presence of the guru. We are already so many programs, and everybody, we told everybody very nice, very, very nice. I, I’m very, very happy. I’m sitting here, and I see you very much, very much. You are my, you are my, my friends, yeah. And when we get, giving everybody, and making you this ashram, it is very good. And I am sitting here, and I am very much in my heart. Yes? And now we will see again tomorrow somewhere else, and now it’s very night time, it’s very, yeah.
