Sadhana
We came here to practice and recharge our spiritual energy. You spend your resources and time, so it is a pity not to practice. If you cannot do the primary practice, at least do not disturb others; you can engage in karma yoga. Mantra Anuṣṭhāna is a systematic inner purification of the mind and its patterns. These practices are designed for worldly people with duties, offering a retreat to recharge physical, mental, and spiritual energy. Performing āsanas slowly and holding stretches prepares the body for meditation, reducing stiffness. Undertaking this anuṣṭhāna, even for a short period, builds psychic strength. The techniques are divine; you should have devotion to them as you do to God, for they are the means to realization.
"If you cannot practice, then at least do not disturb others."
"You should change your way of thinking towards your sādhanā."
