The Purpose and Practice of Life
The purpose of life is to be a protector and to realize God. Our duty is to protect all creation and to develop spiritually through love and respect. The greatest tragedy is to die without God, which meditation and yoga practice can prevent. A spiritual life means fulfilling your duties harmoniously, praying, and purifying the heart through positive thought. Happiness comes from developing a tendency to give, from kindness to blood donation, which opens the heart. Control of body and mind comes through yoga practice. To overcome being spoiled, change your situation through work and karma yoga. For pain, use the discrimination that you are not the suffering body, but also accept practical medical help. Seek wisdom from elders or holy books for emotional pain. Surrender means giving everything to God with inner confidence. Acceptance requires using your intellect to wisely navigate or avoid circumstances, not passive resignation.
"Protect the environment, protect God’s creation, protect humanity, protect your family, and protect yourself."
"Surrendering means that you surrender to God, Lord: nothing is mine, everything is yours."
