I Will Be Thine Always

Everything happens for a reason; accept it with thankfulness. Surrender your life completely, for only with the divine can you find happiness, even through great suffering. We do not know when we will encounter spiritual light, so never close your heart's door. You may travel far, but you remain eternally connected. Reflect on your past; events occurred due to your own karma, yet divine protection has sustained you. People may disappoint, but the divine never will. Maintain that continuous relationship, for the divine power is the source of life and resides within.

"Door of my heart, wide I open for Thee. Wilt Thou come, wilt Thou come? Just once come to me."

"When I die, look into my eyes. My Lord, mutely they will say, 'I will be Thine.'"

Filming location: Umag, Croatia

Whatever happens in life has its reason. Accept it. Accept it with thankfulness to God. Lord, I have surrendered my life to You, because only with You can I be happy. Even if I have to walk upon stones and thorny paths, even if I have to go through fire. Even death becomes a garland around my neck. A mālā, a flower mālā. But that is a mālā of death. Steal me, Lord, I will not go away from You. Like in one song: "Door of my heart, wide I open for Thee. Wilt Thou come, wilt Thou come? Just once come to me." Night and day, night and day, I look for Thee. So we do not know in which minute, which hour, which day we will meet some spiritual light. Do not close Your door. My Lord, I will be Thine. I may go far, farther than the stars, but still I will be Thine. When I die, look into my eyes. My Lord, mutely they will say, "I will be Thine." That is the eternal relation with God. What have you done in your life? If you think of the past, what all happened to you? Was it necessary? And why did it happen? Definitely, there was some mistake of ours, our karma. But still, God protected you, and you are here. Anyone can disappoint us. Sometimes, one is even disappointed by parents, and by children, sometimes by a partner. But God will never disappoint us, dear friends. Keep that relation with God continuously. He is the source of our life, and He, the divine power, is within us. That is the message of the yogīs.
