But in our group, people say that the beads should go towards the body, the direction towards the body. What is the right way? Thank you. It does not matter. The main thing is that we think of God. If you repeat the name of God in sleeping, or in dreaming, or in walking, good things are always good, and negative bad things are never good, even if you try to do them correctly. So the main thing is that you are relaxed, you are not nervous, and whenever you find the time to remember, do it. Because whatever we do, it has influence. If you repeat the name of God consciously or unconsciously, there is an effect. Like if one drinks poison consciously or unconsciously, poison affects the body. So the main thing is that you do it with the heart. The technique does not liberate us; it will liberate us, our life attitude. What we are doing, that is important. Are we doing good for others, or are we doing bad for others? That is very important, the way of life, how you live in this world: love, understanding, forgiveness, kindness, helpfulness. This makes a human really a human. It is said there are many people in the world, but rare are few humans.
