Uttam vicar - The pure thoughts
Purify your mind, for mental pollution is the most dangerous. Your thoughts disturb the world and yourself. Speech has three levels. Parā is at the navel, the seed of sound where prāṇa and apāna unite; an impure navel center blocks the suṣumnā channel. Paśyanti is in the throat; unclear thoughts cause suffering there, leading to fatigue. Vaikharī is at the vocal cords; words must emerge pure. There are also three inner qualities: kaniṣṭa (lower), madhyama (middle), and uttama (best). Your level depends on your complexes. Do not manufacture negative thoughts; projecting them burdens you. This life is a golden opportunity. Your hate, jealousy, greed, anger, pride, ego, and complexes are your enemies. Only you can solve this. Give them up. Be merciful to yourself, or you will torture yourself your whole life and die with these qualities.
"Mental pollution is the most dangerous pollution."
"Your hate, jealousy, greediness, anger, pride, ego, and complexes. These are your enemies."
