Why we are here?
Human life is a divine duty to fulfill one's dharma, guided by an ever-present God.
Life is a divine opportunity to fulfill a karmic duty. God observes all thoughts and actions. Unfulfilled dharma brings suffering. Humans are protectors and instruments of cosmic love; giving and protecting realizes life's aim. Yoga begins with discipline; without it, there is no success. Knowledge without God's name or mercy is nonsense. Karma is crucial; we protect ourselves by doing good and avoiding harm. Life is a profound mystery we barely understand. Consciousness is like a peaceful lake; impure thoughts are stones disturbing its clarity. Control and purify your thoughts. Avoid selfishness and negative emotions. Surrender to God. The mind creates your world; it can be a great helper or obstacle on the yoga path. Do not stop the mind, but direct it toward God and your aims.
"Yogaḥ citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ. Through the practice of yoga, you shall control the thoughts."
"To be a protector means to be protected. To kill means you will be killed."
