The Five Levels of Consciousness
We have five levels of consciousness: unconscious, subconscious, conscious, superconscious, and cosmic. We currently move between the first three.
Unconsciousness is deep sleep, a dormant state holding all past deeds, or karma. These emerge as destiny. You create your destiny through action; once an action is done, you must accept its reaction. This karma lies dormant and can be purified slowly through good deeds or instantly by divine blessing. Subconsciousness stores all impressions from life, received through the five senses. Forgotten impressions emerge as desires; unfulfilled, they become psychic problems. It must be cleaned through healthy education. Consciousness is our awake state. All conscious experience is recorded in the subconscious. The mind is the function linking these two; do not try to control it, but direct it using a personal mantra. To clean the subconscious and unconscious, act very consciously and wisely.
Superconsciousness arises when these three lower levels are cleaned. At life's end, this individual consciousness merges into cosmic consciousness.
"Destiny is caused individually. Do not blame anyone for your destiny."
"The mind is like a river. You cannot block a river... But we can give direction to the river."
