How do you get up?
The Supreme Self is your true identity, to be realized in daily life. The sages instruct us to align every action with this truth. Examine your morning thoughts and routines. Do not begin the day with anger, sadness, or emptiness, for these are ignorance, not your Self. Face difficulties with humility and flexibility, as a tree bends in the wind; this endurance strengthens you. Many wake with resentment toward mundane tasks, which is a poverty of spirit. Disobedience to divine instruction stems from a lack of love and unexamined ego. You may intellectually know "I am That" without realizing it. The answer to life's why comes only from within, often after a long time.
"Endure, endure, endure. Nothing can harm you."
"You are disobeying because you do not have that love."
