Parameshvara
The Supreme Reality is not the perceived form but the essence that animates life itself. That which breathes through the prāṇa is Brahman. The Vedas describe an endless universe containing countless solar systems. We divide existence into the body, our cosmos, and the infinite whole. The true Self, the Ātmā, is the immortal governor within the body; it is unborn, undying, and without individual quality. The individual soul, bound by karma and quality, experiences heaven or hell. When individual quality dissolves into the universal, it is realized as the Ātmā. The power governing our solar system is Īśvara, while Parameśvara governs the entire universe. That Supreme essence is everywhere. Realization through senses and intellect is not Brahman; one must practice to become one with it.
"That which breathes through the life force, that by which the prāṇa itself is animated—know that alone to be Brahman. It is not this form that is seen."
"Anyhow, the ātmā is not born and will not die. No weapon can kill it, no elements can destroy it, death cannot take it away."
