Birthday satsang

The teacher is a humble instrument of divine grace, not a leader or master. All events and gatherings occur solely through divine blessing and protection. Life is in the hands of the almighty; one is merely an instrument and can do nothing without divine mercy. Like everyone, the teacher is an imperfect human bound to a physical body and planet. Help is given only through divine blessing and the science of yoga. The prayer is to dedicate one's life to service, tolerance, respect for all cultures, and understanding for every nation. The goal is for all to live happily together, overlooking mistakes, as only the Almighty is mighty.

"I do not feel myself like a leader, or like a master, the guru."

"I try to help only through the blessing of Mahāprabhujī and through this divine science of yoga."

I thank you all, our international bhaktas, who have come from different parts of the world for this special event. You also came for Guru Pūrṇimā, though many could not be here today. As you know, I am going to India in four days, so the organizers arranged this satsaṅg for my birthday earlier, on the 3rd of August, today. I thank all the organizers for giving this opportunity for everyone to be here, so we could be together today in satsaṅg. I always think that whenever there is any kind of event and people come together, and they try to thank me or offer congratulations, all of this is truly Mahāprabhujī’s divine blessing. It is the divine protection of Śrī Devpurījī. Our life is in the hands of those almighty ones; we are merely instruments. We cannot do anything without their divine mercy. Like all of you, I am also a normal human being, and I try to do my best to fulfill my dharma, to help in different ways. But you know, I am not a doctor, I am not a scientist, I am not a specialist, and I am not that rich. So in what way can I help? I try to help only through the blessing of Mahāprabhujī and through this divine science of yoga. We are all imperfect; we have many, many mistakes and many spots in our life, but definitely God will forgive us. So I pray to Mahāprabhujī and Śrī Devapurījī that until the last seconds of my life and until the last drop of my blood, may I dedicate myself to their service, to help, to have tolerance towards all religions, to have respect towards all cultures, and to have understanding for every nation, so that we can live happily together on our beautiful home, this planet. We have to overlook; we should not see anyone’s mistakes. We are bound to this physical body. We are bound to this physical planet. As physical beings, we are mortal and have limited abilities. Only the Almighty One is the Mighty One. So, Mahāprabhujī has perhaps given me this blessing to overtake these responsibilities. We are all one, but I have perhaps been chosen to speak this. You know everything; you know everyone. Therefore, I do not feel myself like a leader, or like a master, the guru. I do not feel myself like someone, the wise one. I still have so many mistakes, and I receive so much advice—therefore, I am not wise, you know. When you get advice, you already know what it means. Thank you for this evening, for the satsaṅg, and for your love and respect—so many flowers, so many sweets, so many nuts, so many presents which you gave me. I thank you very much. I dedicate all that I have received for the well-being of all creatures on this planet. And I pray to Mahāprabhujī to give me the strength to serve all creatures on this planet. As long as He wishes and gives me life and strength, I will do my best. So, thank you. If any mistakes happened, please forgive them. Thank you very much. Deep Nārāyaṇ Bhagavān kī bless you all.
