Your generational attachment extends through fourteen generations. This understanding applies to normal people. However, if you attain self-realization, if you attain ātma-jñāna, then because of you, your seven past generations are automatically liberated. Furthermore, your spiritual merit will benefit the seven generations to come. This means you will be able to liberate the fourteenth generation. The fifteenth one is yourself. Therefore, strive to utilize this human lifetime so that you can attain liberation in this very life. Being healthy or not is a physical concern. It does not matter how many healthy practices you undertake; sooner or later, one day we will die. One day the body will become ill, so we try to be healthy—that is all. Thus, it is not merely that you perform physical exercises, āsanas, and prāṇāyāma because you wish to be healthy; that is insufficient. The primary aim is to attain enlightenment. You are the light in that pitṛ loka, destined to liberate all the pitṛs. To achieve this, we must follow principles: the rules of nature, cosmic law, our material worldly laws, and the laws of human society. This is why we come together. Often, we see ourselves receiving inspiration, and a new light enters you.
