Utilize your time
We have more than enough time in our day. No one can honestly claim they have no time. An alcoholic always finds time to drink; a smoker always finds time to smoke. We must check our time consciously. We divide 24 hours into sleep, work, and eight remaining hours. Yet, who consistently sleeps or works eight hours? We waste much time unaware. Therefore, we can take two hours from our day for spiritual and physical well-being. This practice is for your benefit, not mine. My duty is to inspire awareness. You gain if you practice; you lose nothing if you do not. I neither gain nor lose.
"If you consciously and carefully check your time, you will be surprised at how much you have."
"Therefore, we can take two hours from our 24 hours for our spiritual well-being and our physical well-being."
