PREM HI JIVAN HAI - Love is the Life
Life is love, a universal and unconditional force. This love is not merely human emotion but the fundamental connection with all existence, from flowers and birds to the stars and a child. It is indescribable. To embody this love, we must purify our consciousness. We practice yoga to calm the mind and senses, but true purification from sin—actions born of uncontrolled desire, greed, or ignorance—is love itself. We often act without conscious awareness of sin. To cultivate this love, we need mantra, satsang, and the company of those with positive consciousness and a kind heart. We must avoid those imprisoned by jealousy, anger, and criticism, as such negativity is a karmic illness. Instead, we must learn understanding and compassion, asking why someone suffers rather than condemning them. This develops the rare human quality of a kind heart.
"Prem hi jīvan hai. Love is life."
"We have not done any sin consciously. Generally, we are not guilty and we are not aware of it."
