When to practise
Practice yoga by integrating it responsibly into your life, not by neglecting your duties.
Do not practice on a full stomach. The best time is whenever suits you, so you do not escape your obligations to work, family, or society. Do not manipulate paid work hours for practice, as this creates bad karma. Fulfill your responsibilities to avoid causing unhappiness. You can find time for yourself within 24 hours. Practice in a comfortable environment with good air, never in a hurry. There is no competition. Practicing alone creates inner harmony, making you aware of your body, breath, thoughts, and surroundings.
"For good things, every time is the best time. And for bad things, no time is a good time."
"Your employer, your company, or your government pays you to work for eight hours, and if you manipulate that time because you want to practice yoga, that is not good karma."
