Atma is like the space
The Ātmā is like space, indestructible and eternal. It cannot be cut, burned, or destroyed. Death is merely a play within it. Our real Self is this Ātmā. We previously discussed mind, senses, karma, and the body's energy systems. Now we proceed to the individual soul. The supreme resonance, Para Brahma, divides like waves from an ocean. This motion creates separation and different qualities, just as ocean becomes waves, steam, fog, clouds, rain, drops, flowing water, and a river, which eventually returns to the ocean. Similarly, the individual soul circulates back to the supreme soul. You are all these forms in that cycle. Falling into bad association before merging is like water taken to a desert; doubt curdles progress.
"Take a knife and try to cut the space here; you will see no scratches in the space."
"You are that ocean. You are that steam. You are that fog. You are those clouds."
