Everything is a play of energy. That energy is emotion. The question is how to direct that emotion in one, positive direction. Emotions have many sides and many forms. Jealousy is an emotion. Anger is an emotion. Hate is an emotion. Sadness is an emotion. Happiness is an emotion. Love is an emotion. Contentment is an emotion. This means that your emotion is defined by the filter through which you are filtering it. If you filter your emotion with your inner compassion, then your emotion becomes divine. If you filter your emotion with anger, then even love becomes like a devil. A devil drinks the blood of only one person, or only the blood of others. But the anger devil drinks the blood of others and your own. Therefore, it is said that when you are angry, the healthy cells in your body die. The result of anger is very negative and finally brings on depression. When you are angry, your whole body is tense. You lose control. You lose control over every system. Then human qualities are dimmed, and those same qualities become like the qualities of an animal or a devil. Conversely, when there is love and a person smiles, everything is relaxed. That is why in every culture, in every country, in every tradition, we humans talk about love. Because where there is love, there is all positive energy, all positive divine energy and divine feelings. But some people are such that you can explain and explain. They have learned for years and years, and I think they will not learn. If there is no energy, nothing will move. A mighty elephant, which has immense energy, can pull out a tree if it wants. Your JCB or bulldozer cannot pull out that tree at once. Yet, if you give one injection to that elephant, it falls helplessly to the earth. No energy is controlled there anymore. Similarly, you may feel very healthy; your body, everything is okay, but you have no energy. This is because there are valves in the body. We should check if all valves are properly closed. Otherwise, it is like a bicycle or a car tire with a puncture. There is a hole in the tire. You fill it with air, but after a while, there is no air inside. It becomes empty because somewhere it is leaking. Where the air is leaking, where the energy goes away—now, how many valves do you have? You have many valves. It would take you one hour to check them all. If you think about someone negative, your valves are loose. If you are jealous, more of your valves are loose. If you are angry, all the screws are loose. These are physical and mental valves in the body. To repair all the valves is very easy: "Take it as it is and be happy. Don't blame anyone.
