Dharsan of the saint living in you
Anuṣṭhāna is a sādhanā that purifies you and grants darśan of your true Self. The tongue is called the "cow," a milky cow that gives the nectar of health and speech. To "hold the tongue" means to repeat mantra and guide it to the palate's cave where ambrosia drips. Your mind must be the guide. Value even the briefest spiritual experience; do not dismiss it as a dream or physical flaw. Without this discernment, you may later realize you lost a true glimpse. All sādhanā requires the Guru's grace, or it is fruitless like food without salt.
"The hormones produced by the tongue are the most important hormones for our entire health condition."
"Even if it is a very small experience, a very short experience, do not think, 'So many years I am practicing, and suddenly I got light for five seconds and nothing is there.'"
