If the hara śakti is weak, then the immune system declines. If the hara śakti is strong, then the immune system develops well. This is the hara śakti, or hara prāṇa, which fights against all illnesses. When any foreign body enters, the hara śakti helps our body to reject that invader. This includes what we call infections. These are also foreign; when infections enter the body, the hara śakti is capable of fighting against and destroying them. It is like a guard or a warrior protecting the border, like a border guard or warriors who defend the frontier. When the hara śakti is insufficient, immunity is not enough, and you will feel very tired. A lack of hara śakti means the immune system is also not strong enough, resulting in fatigue. We have developed a special exercise called Khatu Praṇām. Khatu Praṇām is the exercise which will help you to improve your hara śakti and, consequently, your immunity. There are some people who always feel very tired. This means the Maṇipūra chakra is not functioning properly. For this, we have Khatu Praṇām.
