For the Kuṇḍalinī, you need the right techniques. I agree that in this time, in the world, there are so-called half-gurus—self-made gurus who have no guru themselves. They psychologically design some program for you to practice. Then complications come, which means the Kuṇḍalinī is not awakened at all. Instead, there is a disbalance in your sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve functions. Therefore, the awakening of Kuṇḍalinī is the awakening of cosmic love. What first appears to you is clarity: calmness and energy. Awakening energy arises in your body, and you do not feel tired. You feel relaxed; suddenly things come very clear to you. You are not angry. When the traffic light is red a little longer, you are not nervous. And you see how nervous others are when the light is red longer than usual; they are so nervous. With the awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī, when you close your eyes, you see the light—reality. You feel that your body is an instrument for you, and that you have to take care of it. At every junction of your chakras, you will have beautiful experiences because of the awakening of the Kuṇḍalinī. Kuṇḍalinī is the divine Śakti in our body; that is called the divine mother. When this Śakti merges into consciousness—Śakti to Śiva—then you are free from all karmas and you are liberated. So Kuṇḍalinī is a spiritual science; it will open the inner treasures.
