Disease Prevention Program

Cancer arises from many causes, including environmental toxins and karmic destiny, yet prevention through yogic discipline and diet is paramount. Some claim yoga can cure cancer, but rigorous practice does not guarantee immunity, as destiny and karma play a role. A story illustrates how a non-believer, cured through prayer, found faith. The primary path is prevention: cleanse the body with Haṭha yoga techniques like netī and kapālabhāti. Adopt a strict dietary regimen featuring sprouts, lemon, turmeric, ginger, tulsi, and neem. A specific mixture of honey, lemon, and spices boosts immunity. Drink ample water, preferably from a copper vessel. Avoid alcohol, eggs, and most dairy. This practice regenerates tissues and strengthens the body's defenses against disease.

"Only through positive thinking, spiritual practice, and renunciation can we overcome some destiny and karma."

"This program can also cure certain diseases. Practice Kapālabhāti for five minutes and Bastrika for ten minutes."

Some yogīs claim they can cure cancer through yoga practice. Cancer is increasing in human bodies, but it is not exclusive to humans; it can also occur in animals. This brings us to a crucial point: if a cow has a disease like cancer, it can enter the milk or the meat. Even with aggressive therapies like chemotherapy, these germs are not destroyed. They survive cooking and thus travel into our bodies through cheese, yogurt, milk, and meat. Other causes include pollution, such as petrol gases we inhale, and the many different chemicals used in various forms. There are numerous causes for getting cancer. In Slovakia, one man practiced Haṭha yoga, all exercises, and prānāyāmas very strictly. He performed kunjal kriyās, netī, and śaṅkha prakṣālana honestly. Yet, he unfortunately died from stomach cancer. This shows we cannot claim we will not get cancer. These things can happen quickly. We must accept destiny, knowing we cannot always get rid of it. It is karma we have but cannot easily shed. For instance, some people have fungus on their nails. They try everything but cannot get rid of it. If it is not easy to remove a physical fungus, how can one get rid of karmic afflictions? There is a karmic fungus, too. Only through positive thinking, spiritual practice, and renunciation can we overcome some destiny and karma. I heard a story from Chi-Chi about a lady in New York. She had cancer and visited doctors for years, repeatedly asking, "Doctor, you are a doctor, can't you cure me?" She persisted, becoming a nervous wreck. You know how ladies can be when they fixate on an idea—though men are not much better, but this happens less often with men. Women are so honest and clear in their desire to solve things. This lady was a complete non-believer—no spirituality, no God, no rebirth. One day, the doctor lost his patience and said, "Lady, even God cannot help you." She flushed red and said, "What did you say, doctor? Even God cannot help? I am completely destroyed, and you will see that God will help me." She went home, prayed and prayed and prayed. The result was that she was cured of cancer. She then opened a prayer center for curing cancer. That disease was good for her, as it led her back to God. Telepatia. Not everyone can do telepathy, but modern science and technology have made it possible for everyone—through the telephone. So, some technology is good. Regarding cancer, some yogīs claim they can cure it by focusing on two things: cleaning the body through Haṭha yoga and internal cleansings—netī, dhautī, kapālabhāti, and bastrika—and through diet. For breakfast, eat sprouted seeds: mung, green soya, brown moong (called moth), chana (black chana), and methi, mixed. The sprouts should be two to three centimeters long. Add lemon, black salt or rock salt or Himalayan salt to taste, and green chili. Also, have neem and Tulsi ginger tea: neem, Tulsi, ginger, and lemon inside. Lemon is a blessing; try to consume as much as you can: lemons, turmeric, ginger, tulsi, and neem. Consuming this is said to be nectar. The yogic challenge involves working a lot with your body. You must have a good, strong saṅkalpa (prayer/resolve) and change your diet. Often, the body has little immunity and is not strong enough to fight diseases. The metastasis present in the body can be addressed through lemon therapy and purification, which cleans it out. Drink a lot of water. Some suggest water infused with different kinds of semi-precious stones and crystals—white, yellow, red, pink—as there is a chemical process involved. The water you drink should be stored in a copper pot. Every morning upon waking, drink at least half a liter of lukewarm water. This is a very good prevention. What I am describing is a prevention program, and prevention is much better than treatment. This program can also cure certain diseases. Practice Kapālabhāti for five minutes and Bastrika for ten minutes. Use a lot of haldi (turmeric). Consume at least five lemons a day. If using small lemons with hardly ten drops, aim for at least five tablespoons of lemon juice through water, salad, or vegetables. Apple vinegar is also very good against infections and diseases like cancer. These practices clean the body, regenerate healthy tissues, and strengthen the immune system. Remember: ginger (fresh or powder), Tulsi leaves or powder, and neem powder. Half a teaspoon of neem powder should enter your digestive system daily. One teaspoon of haldi and five black peppers (powdered) should also be consumed daily. One tablespoon of honey should be taken in different quantities throughout the day—morning, lunchtime, and evening. For a very tasty mixture: one tablespoon honey, one teaspoon turmeric, one teaspoon ginger, half a teaspoon neem, a little Tulsi powder, five black peppers (powdered), and one tablespoon lemon juice. Mix nicely. It is a bittersweet sour taste. From just listening, your mouth may water—it's bitter, sour, sweet from honey, and hot from ginger and pepper. Take this. If you need a little salty taste, add a little black salt. Let me repeat: one tablespoon honey, one tablespoon lemon juice, one teaspoon ginger, one teaspoon turmeric, a quarter teaspoon of Tulsi powder, a quarter teaspoon of neem powder, five black peppers (powdered), and a quarter teaspoon of black salt. Mix it well. Throughout the day, take just one spoon. This provides 24-hour nourishment and will significantly improve your immunity. Of course, practice a minimum of 27 rounds of what? Kaṭupranām. A sequence like one Sumaraṇī: Bastrika, Kapālabhāti, Agnisāra-kriyā, Nauli. This is especially for people who already have a problem, and for those who don't, it is prevention. Also, avoid alcohol, beer, eggs, and cheese (except fresh cheese). If possible, try to get milk directly from farmers, ensuring they do not give cortical injections or artificial feed—only grass. This will truly help regenerate our bodies.
