Enter into Atam Gyana
Entering Ātmā Jñāna is to realize the self through love and truth. It is not about closing your eyes but living without negative thoughts, seeing all beings as the self. Like the Pāras stone turns iron to gold, turn negativity into the divine. Without supreme love, Brahmānandam, you cannot enter. The state is Sat-chit-ānanda: truth dispels gossip and anger, divine consciousness is everywhere, and bliss arises from their union. This self-realization makes the limited individual limitless. To achieve it, follow the spiritual path faithfully. The Anāhata Chakra is the center of this self, which is love. Having this love means God appears in your heart, guiding action, such as vegetarianism, which respects life. Human life is divine but confusing; one must constantly contemplate one's mission and true nature.
"All living beings are myself, and myself is the supreme one."
"Where there is truth, there is everything forgiven."
