Human body - physical and astral
Human life is a singular, invaluable opportunity for action on the field of karma. It will not be given repeatedly, though rebirth continues. You cannot choose your next birth, but you can work toward it; the final decision is based on your accumulated karma. This physical body alone can perform karma; the astral body cannot. Good karma yields good fruit, and bad karma yields bad fruit; this depends on you, though God gives the results. The astral body experiences but does not create karma, as shown in dreams where actions leave no physical trace. At death, you journey alone; only your karmas, along with the light of your mantra and your guide's consciousness, will accompany you.
"Karma kīye jā phal dega bhagavān, yehī hai Gītā kā jñāna."
"Good karma will definitely yield good fruits, and bad karmas will yield bad fruits. This depends on you."
