Mantra Yoga
Our well-being and the planet's depend on the vibration of our thoughts and language. Nature sustains all life; without trees and animals, humanity cannot survive. Human greed, not animal behavior, is destroying this balance, causing pollution, climate change, and disease. We must live a harmonious, sattvic life as protectors, not destroyers. All divisions of race, territory, and religion are human creations that cause conflict; in truth, the whole world is one family. Human language holds immense power. Kind words create a positive atmosphere and are a divine mantra, while harsh words poison and destroy. This extends beyond speech to our thoughts and body language, all of which emit vibrations felt by others and even animals. Cultivate a heart as vast and accepting as the ocean.
"Speak such a language that you are happy, you make others very happy, and you will also become more and more happy."
"Good language is the best mantra. Negative thinking, negative words, and criticizing are the worst of the worst."
