Nirguna -- Saguna. Meaning of the colors and the facial expressions

Color and expression shape our inner state and perception. The chosen uniform color appears in meditation before enlightenment, acting as spiritual color therapy. Every color deeply impresses the subconscious. A face reflects the inner individual self, the Jīvātmā, which changes with inner qualities. Seeing a happy face brings happiness; an angry face induces fear. Your facial expression is the real picture of your inner self. If someone does not return a greeting, the mind may create negative stories. Therefore, always try to make a good impression.

"Every color has a very deep impression on the subconscious."

"The facial expression is the real picture of your inner self."

A small correction in the prayer: "Nirguṇa se Sarguṇa banāī," understood? NIRGUṆA SE SARGUṆA BANĀĪ. Sarguṇa, not sarguṇa—from the Nirguṇa form, Sarguṇa with qualities, endowed with divine qualities. It is a Rajasthani dialect. You can also say sargun, but better is sarguṇa. So, "Vyāpaka Viśva," our prayer, correct? The second line is to be deep, the ālīkī power. How are you, everybody? Nice, nice to see you. Well, I can hardly recognize you, you know why? Because you are enlightened. Beautiful yellow color. This is our yoga and daily life uniform. Every color has its meaning, and this color has a very special one. I took a long time to search for the right color for you. You are very beautiful, but it makes you more beautiful. This is the color you see in meditation before enlightenment, before self-realization. That’s color therapy, so we have this color therapy now—spiritual therapy. Every color has a very deep impression on the subconscious. Like when you see a happy face, then you are happy. If you see a very angry face, then you are scared. And when you see a very sad face, then you are lost. In psychology, face reading—everything expresses on your face. If you are jealous or angry, everything reflects on you. The facial expression is the real picture of your inner self. The self not as Ātmā, but as Jīvātmā. Ātmā is divine and universal. The individual self, Jīvātmā, is the individual self, and that individual is changing according to your inner qualities and attitude. If you see someone in the morning with a happy face, then you have a happy day. And if you see somebody and say, "Good morning," or "Good morning," or... "Good morning"... logically, you are creating thoughts: "Why didn’t he greet me back? What an arrogant person. What an unfriendly person, or I’m not good. He or she doesn’t like me." So, no answer is a big answer. Therefore, always try to make a good impression.
