Many people are unhappy about how to lose weight. This problem is so easy to solve—you can't imagine how easy it is—but you have no discipline: don't eat, drink water and water. Especially people who have a lack of iron in the blood should cook in this pot. Now you put this pot in front of you on the table. Whatever you want to cook, any vegetables or mixed vegetables, except potatoes and beans. Also no chana beans, chickpeas, also not. You put inside cumin seeds, powdered, a quarter teaspoon. And then other kinds of spices, whatever you want to put in. This is for one person. Then you put one tablespoon of sesame oil or olive oil or almond oil. The other oil is finished, no more. And one cup of water, a big teacup, not a Yugoslavian coffee cup. Where is your cooking pot? And you can eat salad, any salad, as much as you like; in the salad, do not put raw potato, and do not put in the salad what we call eggplant, otherwise it is good. Do not be hungry; if you are used to eating half a kilo, now eat one and a half kilos. Your master gives you a lot, but only vegetables. Fruits, grapes, oranges, apples and kiwis, papaya, all except banana. This diet you should do for a minimum of one year. But after one year, if you begin to eat normally, then the condition is like this: this evening you take one bean in your hand, a dry bean, very nice dried, and now put it in a glass of water. In the morning take that bean and see how it was a small being and became a big being. So for one year you were disciplined, and when you begin to eat, then again you will be like someone is pumping air inside. Now what to do? But this does not happen; practice physical exercises every day. That will change your tissues; that will change the muscles, and the whole condition of the body will be changed. It is very important that we try to keep our body healthy. But those who are underweight, or have diabetes, or very low pressure, should do this very slowly or under the guidance of a physician. So now, what is it? You have all kinds of taste. And at the same time, you are fasting, Falahārī. Let us say sometimes you have a biting desire to bite. Once I did one week of fasting without anything, only drinking water, a little juice, and chai. I must confess, after five days, in the night I was dreaming of a big pizza and nice soda water, mineral water, and chili pickle on it, you know, so that happens. So in order to avoid this, you keep ready with you carrots and eat the carrots, not chewing gum. Carrots also have vitamin E, vitamin A is good for eyesight, it has iron, also there are some minerals in it, and it is good for your gums and muscles.
