Morning whatever you think will be realised. Morning is Brahma Murta. Find the happiness within your

A closing discourse on establishing a divine daily routine and mindset.

"In the morning when you get up, begin the day with beautiful thinking."

"Morning hours are called the golden hour. Morning is Brahma Muhūrta. Time of Brahman."

Swami Ji concludes a multi-day program by instructing attendees on how to begin each day spiritually. He details a morning ritual of gratitude, mantra, and altar practice, emphasizing the importance of positive thoughts during the sacred morning hours, which he contrasts with "Asura sleep." He advises cultivating inner happiness by thinking of loved ones or divine figures, and uses the metaphor of a pomegranate to explain Sanātana Dharma as the encompassing cosmic law holding all diversity within it.

Well, today we come again to the end of our program. These three days and evenings have passed so quickly, and now we must return to our work. We have learned many things; now we must learn how to utilize them for ourselves. It is very important that every day you look within yourself. In the morning when you get up, begin the day with beautiful thinking. That is the first thing we should do: when you open your eyes, look to Mahāprabhujī and thank the Gurudeva for a peaceful night and the beginning of the divine day. Repeat your mantra; say, "Lord, lead my steps towards your divine light." This means anything we do through body, mind, thoughts, and words—our each and every action should lead to Him. To do everything in His divine light. Nahaṁ kartā. So this is what you should do in one minute, half a minute, two minutes, before you get up from the bed. Then you should go to your bathroom, clean your mouth and hands, and come to the altar, bow down to Gurudeva, put the light, candle, or ghee lamp, agarbatti, and then you finish, go and finish your bathroom, toilet, everything, and make the prayer. After that, you should have, if you are drinking, first tea or coffee or water or juice, and have your exercises, meditations, whatever you do. And think at least three times that my day will be full of peace, light, love, harmony, and understanding. Peace, peace, peace. Try not to become sad; if you become sad, mourning, or thinking something sad, the whole day is full of sadness. There are some people who get up and they say, "Oh God, again I woke up, oh God, horrible day." So this should not come to your mind. In the morning, whatever you do and whatever you think will be realized. And therefore, morning hours are called the golden hour. Morning is Brahma Muhūrta. Time of Brahman. Early morning when you wake up, then do not sleep again. You may experience, or you have experienced, when you again say, "Oh, I have one hour time, I can sleep a little more." Then you get up late and more tired. Morning sleep is called Asura sleeping; Asura means Rākṣasa. Whole night the Rākṣasas are running in the darkness, what you call the night riders. It is said that hiṁsak beings, the hiṁsak means who have no Ahiṁsā, are active in darkness and hiding in darkness. All these hiṁsak animals, like wild cats, scorpions, snakes, and so on—many of these animals have a very lower consciousness, and they are very scared, and they hide in darkness, and the souls which are more above are always in the light, active in the light. So the Rākṣasas, whole night searching food, and then morning sleeping, so morning sleep is called Asura sleep. So even if you get up two hours earlier, it does not matter. Do not sleep again; get up and peacefully do your things. The whole day will be very pleasant. And the whole day you will have enough time. If you fall asleep in the morning in Asura sleeping, you will get up late, you will be tired, and the whole day you will be late, and the whole day you will be tired. So you can make this experiment. Therefore, the morning hours in Western culture are called the golden hour, and we say the time of Brahman, the divine, the supreme. It is said that in the morning when you open your eyes, you should see the face of your dear one or your master, or your husband or your wife. Maybe your husband is still sleeping and you wake up; look at his face. He will say, "Ah!" But you know, because you have a good relation and you are happy. But because your relationship is good and you are happy, that makes you happy. So you can give your baby, your wife, your child, your husband, your parents, your brothers, sisters, masters, or some other divine form, Rāma, Kṛṣṇa, Buddha, Mohammed, Allah, and so on. So the whole day will be a divine day. Do not think in the morning full of negative critique. "I do not believe this, I do not like that, I do not need, I do not want that." Do not put yourself in stress early morning already. And the best is if you have nice music or nice bhajan singing. Try; this will give you immense happiness in life, immense contentment. No one can make you happy, only yourself. You have to accept to be happy. Even if someone tries to make you happy and you do not accept, then you cannot be happy. So always try to think about something beautiful. Even if you are alone, it makes you smile. You remember something; it makes you smile. Like if you are at your work in the office and you do not like your colleagues, think of your little child; it makes you smile inside. So how you do a smile, that is very important. And think of God; think of Sanātana Dharma. Sanātana Dharma is like, you know, the one fruit, what you call the pomegranate. Dharma, you call dharma, we also call dharma. Who doesn't know? What is dharma? Okay, who doesn't know what is a pomegranate? And the Slovenian, Croatian, you don't know what that one is? Can you tell what that is? Granat jabelko. Anār, okay? I didn't want to say "anār," because in German, "anār" means a foolish or a stupid one. Anār, you know? "A" means one, and "nār" is the stupid one. And when you open this nār, inside are hundreds of thousands of beautiful seeds. Now, the skin of this fruit, that is Sanātana Dharma. And in Sanātana Dharma, all other dharmas and everything are inside. So everything is kept by Sanātana, meaning the cosmic law. It means the divine energy, divine consciousness. So everything is held by one, so you should be that one. You hold within yourself everything; everyone has a place within you. You have no negative opinions; which religion, that doesn't matter. Which master, doesn't matter; are they animals or humans? The main thing is that you have harmonious relations. And that is very important, so, inwardly, be happy. And several times a day, think about that thing or person who makes you happy. Thinking has a very big influence on our body, mind, emotion, and intellect. When you think of your child, you have a different kind of love. Nobody tells you how to awaken that love, or when you think of your mother, your father, your husband, your wife, your sister. And you know, sometimes it makes you most happy when you think of your dog. There are many persons who tell the husband, "You are my husband, but I love my dog more." "The dog is first, and you are the last." But men are great; they accept. They say, "The main thing is you are happy, with me or with the dog," because every man wishes that his wife is happy. It doesn't matter how much money they give out. Very often, men don't like that the wife spends so much money, but he's a very generous person. If you are happy, okay, because for a man, money does not mean anything, only that his wife and children are happy. All men who are sitting there, am I right or wrong? Right, yes. On the other hand also, the wife swallows many bitter things and makes everything so that the husband is happy. So this is a together, harmonious, and mutual understanding that makes you happy and a happy life. If you are thinking to get divorced, be sure your next partner will be more terrible than this one. In the beginning, it's okay, but afterwards you will be sorry. Many times the ladies, they divorce, but from the office they find their previous husband. That's how unhappy they are, how unhappy she is, how many problems she has with him, and how stupid I was that I got divorced. Is there any way to come back? He said, "Yes," no, anyway.
