No practice is lost
Spiritual practice continues across lifetimes, carrying progress forward rather than being lost. Entering the Mūlādhāra chakra requires serious daily practice for about twelve years. If death occurs before achieving a goal, the soul is reborn as a beautiful human drawn back to the spiritual path. Consciousness awakens from childhood, and sādhanā resumes from where it stopped. This continuity is why disciples from past lives rejoin. Mantra removes obstacles, but genuine Guru Bhakti is essential, as true lineage masters are rare. Without this devotion, practice may only yield physical benefits, leaving one unprepared for potentially painful future lives.
"Kṛṣṇa said, 'No, you will incarnate again as a beautiful spiritual human. And from childhood, the consciousness will awaken you, spiritual, and your sādhanā will continue.'"
"O Kṛṣṇa, please come to me. You know, your Mīrā is your devotee or servant for many, many lives, every life."
