Achieve that level of your being
The problem is people avoid knowing themselves due to fear and guilt, but you cannot escape this. Meditation brings you closer daily, making you your own best friend and realizing you are the Self. Ignorance tells you that you are lost, poor, and unloved, but that is a great stupidity; you are the Ātmā. Heaven is not a place but your imagination—a feeling of happiness and safety. One person's sentence can make you feel in heaven or hell, which is merely a change of your mind. We must achieve a level of being untouched by others' actions. Dust will fall, but you should let it go without wasting time on endless thoughts. Accept your weaknesses and learn from them without letting the dust accumulate again. Our attention often fixates on minor faults, like a grain of rice in a beard, which may disturb others, so we should correct it with self-respect and without creating tension.
"Heaven is our imagination, that is it. Where you feel happy, pleasant, beautiful, safe, then that is heaven."
"I, I—not this, but myself, the Ātmā."
