Gurudev showed the way
The Trikuṭī is the meeting point of three rivers within.
In the body, the three nāḍīs—Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumṇā—are the Gaṅgā, Yamunā, and Sarasvatī. Their confluence is at the center of the eyebrows. The yogic tilaka marks this spot for concentration and awakening, not for adornment. Purifying this meeting awakens Suṣumṇā, flowing to Sahasrāra for liberation, purifying mind and intellect. The Trikuṭī Sandhānam is an advanced kriyā using a special breath, mantra, and techniques on specific cakras. It requires readiness; without a purified inner field, it yields nothing. A disciple, Maṅgilāljī, achieved liberation while living. He emphasized obeying the Guru's words to clean the field of the body, remove passion and anger through sattvic living, and plant the seed of Oṃ. When the heart is ready, compassion and dharma grow. This plant then needs the water of satsaṅg, the well shown by the Guru, to be nourished by the wisdom of saints.
"Tan kī khetī sāph karabo, kāma krodha ko dūr haṭābo."
"Satgurū kū upa batāyā bhai, Ab to nīr pilānā hai."
