If you can see a white elephant, your destiny will change for the positive. But it must be a white elephant. This is called śvetāravat—a white, mighty elephant. The śvetāravat possesses seven trunks, and upon it rides Brahmā. Thus, the elephant is the chariot of Brahmā, the creator. If you can even dream of a white elephant, I tell you, it is as if you have practiced fifty years of spiritual sādhanā. Within those few minutes of dreaming, spiritual energy will reveal itself in your body. When I was very small, I once dreamt of a white elephant. Some sādhus were coming, and as I was going, they stood to one side. They took me, and the elephant placed its trunk beneath me and lifted me onto its head. I sat upon that white elephant. It was the first time in my life I had sat on an elephant, and it moved like a great, solid rock. That is the experience I had with the white elephant. This should come in my biography, for from that day onward, my seeking and development of spiritual energy began. I have never told this story until now. You are the first to hear it. So, why speak of it? Gajamoti. It is very rare. Some emperors possessed gajamoti. Some even have a gajamoti mālā. If you can obtain one gajamoti, wherever you go, it brings happiness, prosperity, peace, harmony, love, understanding, contentment, and balance. But we do not have that. We do not possess it, yet we can hold it at least in our thinking. Therefore, from today onward, keep in your thought that you have gajamoti in your heart. And gajamoti—it looks like a crystal, not like an elephant's bone, what you call ivory. It looks like a crystal.
