Yoga in Daily Life Workshop in Villach on 12th of June (1/1)

Meditation requires a foundation free from fear, anger, jealousy, selfishness, and dissatisfaction; it also demands faith and a clear goal. Inner peace arises from selfless action and helping others, which dispels fear and creates happiness for all involved. Judging others, especially those in need, blocks the natural flow of compassion and prosperity, which is like the goddess Lakṣmī—constantly moving and unable to be held. True giving is without attachment or claim over how the gift is used; it is an action that purifies the giver's own karma. Contentment is the highest form of wealth and the essence of peace, which is our original, eternal state. Modern restlessness stems from misplaced values, possessiveness, and the breakdown of the harmonious, loving family, which is the protector of peace and proper upbringing. Peace is cultivated within through understanding, love, and the repetition of sacred sound.

"Gaj dhan, bhaj dhan, aur ratan dhan khān, Jab santosh dhan āyā, sab dhan dhūl samān."

"You have helped your own Self perform selfless actions so that you become free from other heavy karmas. You have helped yourself, not helped someone else."

Part 1: The Foundations of Inner Peace and Meditation One cannot meditate properly as long as one is afraid. One cannot meditate if one harbors anger. One cannot meditate if one is dissatisfied. One cannot meditate in peace if one is jealous. And one cannot meditate if one is selfish. Furthermore, one cannot meditate at all if one has no faith or trust. Finally, meditation cannot lead anywhere if we have no goal. What do we wish to meditate for? Why? So we need a goal. When you have helped someone, then you are happy. Others are happy as well. And in that moment, fear is completely gone. But on the contrary, if you have not helped someone or have scolded them, then you no longer have peace. You think about how wicked you were. And others will also think about what a terrible person you are, and so on. So, the question of peace is also about being happy. Therefore, remember in your life how many people you have helped—animals, plants, all living beings. Remember that. Those close to you, people as well as strangers or other living beings. As far back as you can go, call to your memory your selfless thoughts and help towards others. Perhaps a beggar or someone came and said, "I need a little money, can you help me?" There are several such situations in our lives. Sometimes one thinks that the beggar who stands there is an oppressor. How do you know that? Have you seen him anywhere? Do you understand this person? What has compelled him to beg? What life situation does he have? Or rather, what situations do such people have? Do you have no work? There is plenty of unemployment in the world. And we can say, we can tap on our heads; in Austria or in some parts of Europe, people are somewhat possessed, have a job or something. But there are also some who do not want to work, who are lazy. That is also a reason. They just want to live off social welfare; that is also a reason. And some have two or three children, a single person—we come back to the same topic. And now this woman, who has two or three children and perhaps has lost her job at the age of 50. And of course, there is no possession. And one has passed away or whatever happens. Now, what about this woman with three children who cannot find work? Money does not fall from the sky. So, there are many people who have such situations in life, here as well in Austria. I often receive emails saying, "I am ill, my health insurance no longer wants to pay. I have two children, and I can’t pay my electricity bill, my rent is too high, I have no other apartment, and so on. It exists. I have two dogs, three children. The two dogs also need to be fed, that’s obvious. The children too. No income, social assistance provides very little." So, when someone stands before you and extends their hand, or says, "Please help me," you should not philosophize in your mind whether he is a fraud or if it is a profession from the Lord, a beggar, and so on. Well, we are employed beggars, wherever we work, in a company or somewhere. And so they are professional beggars. Okay, what is the difference? It is a different thought. And so, where love is, there is no question and no conditions, no judgment. Love, the nature of love, is flowing and flowing freely. If one day you lose your principles and do not let that flow, the blockages are already there. They say you cannot hold Lakṣmī. You cannot hold Lakṣmī. Lakṣmī is Chanchal. Chanchal means flowing with movement. Today in your pocket, handbag in the pocket, you have 100 euros. Be sure, these 100 euros will not stay long in your pocket. Soon it will pass into other hands. And the one who has received it should not think that he will hold these notes forever. Soon it passes into other hands. Thus flows Lakṣmī. Lakṣmī comes from Viṣṇu, and that is the principle. Viṣṇu is the protector. And whoever has seen Lakṣmī and because you block trust or devotion to Viṣṇu, Lakṣmī goes somewhere else; that means she has forgotten her loyalty. And now it will be blocked; you will see, suddenly in your business many obstacles will arise. And so it is also with your knowledge. A good, wise person, if he doesn’t give lectures for one, two, or five years and then he comes on stage, we ask him to please speak. Suddenly, it is about opening everything up. It is not so simple. It takes practice, practice. So, who are we to judge someone as a bad person or a robber or this and that? Before we say anything, we should understand a situation, the present situation. What has forced this person to beg? What compelled you to get up early in the morning, when it was so cold in winter and many people were still asleep, to quickly get up, go to the bathroom, and hastily do this, saying, "Oh well, injured," you put a cotton ball on it, and your kind wife, she... May you have the coffee and breakfast, quickly take a bite, and you run to catch a bus; you do not want to miss the bus. You foam at the mouth and quickly go to your office to work. What does that cost you? For what purpose? To sleep. I can say that the beggars live in rest and peace. They sleep as long as they want. No boss overcomes her. And then the opportunity, which then tells us, please something. So we do not know which person has which difficulties and what forces this person to do it. And that is also an understanding. You give it. What you give as a gift, donation, or help, you no longer have any claim to those things. Given, given. No decision, no judgment. My God, this person will use it to drink alcohol, or do that. No. It has gone from your hand. Finished. It is said that Lakṣmī is dust, dirt in the hands. We work, our hands get dirty, we wash them again. Gone. And so it comes, Chanchal, comes and goes, flows away. And you will see what I am telling you now. Next week, look, you go to the bank, take out a note, put it in your pocket, and Lakṣmī says to you, "It’s in your pocket." She speaks to you, go to the market. I do not want to stay with you any longer, go to the supermarket. And it forces you to go to the supermarket. And you will see how quickly the notes come and flow out. And she tells you, very softly, bye bye. That is how it is. Coming, going, flowing. So, how often, how much have we helped others? And we should not say, "I have helped you and you have given me nothing or done nothing for me. You are always a bad person. You have not helped at all." If you have given a beggar 100 euros, you have not helped him or her. You have helped your own Self perform selfless actions so that you become free from other heavy karmas. You have helped yourself, not helped someone else. When you go into a church or a temple and make a donation, do you think God is a beggar? Why does he need donations? He does not need donations. You need to offer your hard-earned form, your love, and devotion as support. And it is said, when you give one euro, God gives you a thousand. Well, those are good returns, Śānti, very good returns. So that one euro means nothing, just money. Giving means many things. Giving beautiful feelings, giving beautiful thoughts. Always think good. Think nothing negative. And what is negative, naturally is negative. We think negatively. But if someone has made mistakes, we still must be willing not to push people away. And so Mahātmā Gandhi said, we hate sin, but not the sinner. We hate the sin, but not the sinner. And there is understanding, love, and help. And there, Lakṣmī now comes as contentment, a state of equilibrium. So, we will meditate a little on peace; we also did this yesterday. Today, we will do a different level. Sit comfortably for a few minutes. Those who have a mantra should repeat it with the mālā; those who do not have a mantra, please wait for the moment and keep your hands comfortable. Place them on the thighs or on the knees, thumb and index finger together, palm slightly open, either facing upwards or slightly to the side or touching your knees. Close your eyes, sit comfortably and upright, relax. Now prepare yourself for a meditation where peace and love merge together. Withdraw from your outer world and hold peace in your thoughts, in your feelings. The light, the sound, and the peace. And now try to relax your entire body, observe your breathing, and together we will all chant Oṃ Śānti. And that is a very subtle vibration or oscillation with the sound OṂ ŚĀNTIḤI. And it flows like a light. Lakṣmī as prosperity. Lakṣmī is joy. Lakṣmī is prosperity. And the highest prosperity is contentment. Oṃ is the primal sound. Breathe deeply. And we will sing continuously. Oṃ Śānti. Continue. Continuously. Oṃ Śānti. Continue and imagine that you are like a sphere of light. And the light and love radiate from your source of light as a fragrance, as peace. You are like light. Remember the times in your life when you made someone happy. It is the same, whether human or animal. Make me an instrument of Your love and light. Wherever I go, I bring light, love, and peace. Look, peace of heart, simply listen to the sound of Oṃ Śānti, the aftereffect of this Oṃ sound and the light, relax and focus on the inner peace, vibration, relax, relax. Peace in your entire being, peace in your indriyas, in your thoughts and feelings, peace. And now breathe in deeply again and sing Oṃ Śānti once more. First, Nāhaṃ Kartā. Slowly move your hands, fingers, and return your awareness to your throat. And rub the palms together, placing your hands on your face. Face, warm the muscles, let the eyelids pass very lightly, and open the eyes, gently. So, once again, good morning and many blessings from Ātman, from God. I am very pleased to be able to be in this beautiful hall once again. But I didn’t think anything of it; that was four years. This hall is especially beautiful because it is very pleasantly warm. Because in reality, it is Kärnten. Winter lasts four months and it is cold for eight months. It is the same in Carinthia, isn’t it? Beautiful, very beautiful. Nothing is provided in the program for the seminar. Program for the seminar with two people... It is nice that I can do something. Or a topic was given. Nothing. So, let us take up yesterday’s topic. Last evening we had a lecture, and I believe many of you were not present. Who was not in it? That is how it is. Oh God. Yesterday was spoken so beautifully. Today I know nothing. Yesterday was, it was a dream. How was the vacation? Dreamlike. It is already over. We know nothing about how tomorrow will be. But how it is now—that is what matters. Presence. Presence. Peace. Meditation. How beautiful. One question: from where does this question come, or why has this question arisen? We need peace. When did it begin? Why? Because peace is eternal. And peace is everywhere. When you go into the forest, you simply feel peace, harmony. Many birds sing, but all in such a beautiful sound. There is no discord. Beautiful birds, small and large. And when the little birds sing beautifully, among the trees, they go quak, quak, one tree remains silent. And when the birds stop, perhaps it is enough. Plants, nature, water, water flowing, a peace, desert, mountains, and we look up into the sky. But what lies within may be a struggle, a noise, a conflict, selfishness. Originally, human beings also have great peace and wisdom within themselves. And people respected nature. In ancient times, after sunset, at the latest within an hour and a half, people would withdraw and sleep. It was the whole village and much peace. And in the night, the beings who wander in the night find some knowledge. And again dawn, again consciousness rises high, awakened consciousness, the sun rises, and automatically all the flowers open again. Birds sing, fly, everything. And so do humans. But slowly, slowly, people have begun to bring restlessness. Restlessness began when people started engaging in business. When a person discovered, "My possession has value." And then it happened that there was conflict, and the people began to fight. As a result, love has suffered or love has simply disappeared. Hatred, greed, envy, jealousy, and anger have begun to grow. And the anger, the bush, it has gotten thorns with hooks, with claws. And so slowly, slowly, we humans began to say, "I don’t care, and I want to have more." And so the restlessness began, aśānti. But there are no material things where one can be satisfied or have peace. Peace is also a form of contentment, contentment and satisfaction. And it is said: Gaj dhan, bhaj dhan, aur ratan dhan khān, Jab santosh dhan āyā, sab dhan dhūl samān. Gaj dhan: Gaj means elephant. And it may be that you have a vast, vast land, you possess great forests and thousands of herds of elephants. All of this belongs to you. This is your wealth. Bhaj dhan: golden eagle, bird. This is an entire kingdom filled with gold, goldsmiths, and hard workers. Gold. Or Ratan-Dhan-Khān, which owns several diamond mines, diamond mines. Not just one, but many, many. So Gaj-Dhan, he has a large number, like 1,000 or 20,000 elephants. So you can imagine, for 20,000 elephants, we need from the very beginning from Istria or Koper all the way to, what is it called, Warsaw, and from Hamburg to Athens. We need so many fundamental spots; 20,000 elephants, they will freshen up a lot. And golden eagles, eagles need a vast space, a clean space. There are not as many eagles as there are crows. And diamond mines, my God, how rich you are there, right? So, Gaj-Dhan, Bhaj-Dhan, Aur-Ratan-Dhan-Khān. Ratan means gemstone. But then the saint says, Sab Dhan Dhūl Samān. Then all this other possessive wealth becomes like dust. Which ones? Gajdhan, Bhajdhan, Aur Ratan Dhanakhān. Śāntoṣa, contentment, Śānti. And why is there so much unrest in the world now? Why are families falling apart? Why do women or men give in so quickly? So cruel, so much restlessness and ignorance dwells in the hearts of those persons who leave a small child behind and say, "I am going away"; there is no joy, no joy. A heart like my father’s does not allow leaving until the child is 20, 30 years old. And also the mother, no, under no circumstances will the child be left alone. So father and mother belong together; if the child is there, minimally, at least 30 years. That means the child is grown up, studying, has a profession, married, Hari Oṃ Tat Sat. Now, you are free, so you can, you should not delay, but it does not matter. You can delay or decide or it does not matter. Because there is no peace, Śānti. And why does one do this? Because there is no peace and conflict, no understanding, because knowledge is lacking. When there is a peaceful atmosphere at home, it is natural—parents, children, grandparents, great-grandparents, how beautiful. At the midday meal, 35 family members sit together and prepare beautiful chapatis and sabjī and soup, dāl, kaḍhī, gaṭṭā, purī, halvā, naturally vegetarian. The time when people no longer eat vegetarian, all this passion and conflict arise, and the family falls apart. Sustainable Development, that is very important. A lasting development. One needs to revisit the family system once again. And the family will give the children proper upbringing and say, "Please, this is not good, then do this; this is good, do this and that." But when your girls, the 12, 13-year-olds, nowadays they all go to the local spot or disco or whatever you call it, and there, no one sees your daughter as a daughter. Forget it. Everyone will act as they wish. Every woman, every man, the foreign children, the young children, in such an atmosphere, it does not matter to them. They can also put drugs into the drinks, they can do this, do that, everything. But at home in your presence, no one dares to do anything. And that is a protection for humanity. All crime begins because the child was not at home or there was no harmony, no peace. So we need a peaceful family, a peaceful home. And everyone is strict with everyone, but also full of steadfastness, love. And we provide everything for that. So where is the peace? Part 2: The Tree of Peace and the Roots of Love A song, I believe, that is also a hymn of a country. It was a situation during the First or Second World War. It was Christmas Eve, and a soldier during the war, the world war or so, he got injured. He lies or sits under a tree, 24 December evening, in the mountains, lots of snow and cold. He cannot move. He looks up into the sky. He looks left, right, no person, nowhere, alone. Cold. And he wonders, where is my home? Where is my home? Where is my home? And fear. Maybe an enemy comes who wants to seize me. But if you were at home, that wouldn’t happen; if something does happen, everyone will help you and sit beside you to comfort you. A home is a home. Every bird returns to its nest in the evening. And so we need a family of Ratingels. And it was like this: even when you are young and your husband or wife has passed away, the man would say, for me, it’s over, no more women. What I once had was mine, now, it has died. But for me, she is always there. No longer a woman. He left behind two children, but unfortunately the mother passed away. The man cared for the children his entire life and did not marry, because he knew a foster mother is only a foster mother. Blood is thicker than water. So, the love of one’s own father and mother is even deeper than a foundation. So, twice, the man has offered his entire life. For what? Ethics, morals, love. And to someone, when you have seen for the first time, a girl or a doll or a woman or a man, and you said, I love you. This is your promise to yourself and to others. And nowadays, everyone will say whatever they want, as if they have any real understanding. But how can you think that you will be happy in the future or in the next life? As human beings, we should understand what life is. And love is the same, whether it is towards God, a partner, a child, neighbors, or colleagues, other living beings, flowers, and so on. With such full love and devotion, today we have planted a peace tree in Villach, in the beautiful park. And now someone tells us, no, we don’t want this tree and you shall cut off the tree from here. Our hands, we tremble, we cannot cut down this tree. We have planted a tree. This is our tree for all people and for everyone. And there she stands with the symbol of peace. And she demands nothing from us at all. Shall we give water? Okay. Shall we give nothing? Okay. She tells us nothing at all. She has self-confidence and faith in God and her roots. They catch water, searching somewhere beneath the earth, where it is completely dark. In a water pipe, which happens in Rajasthan, where there is very little water, there was a very small, tiny hole in a water pipe. Perhaps a hair passed through and maybe a small drop came out. And a tree stands 30 meters away, and the root sought a water pipe and made two circles, winding all around, and very thin parts like a hair went into the pipe. And slowly, slowly inside the tube, the inner part of the root has become bigger and bigger and bigger. The water pipe developed so much pressure that it burst. And they asked, what is the problem, why is the water no longer coming? And they dug and saw, 30 meters away, a tree, searched for water and drank. That is called a will to live, self-sufficiency. And in Jannen, we now have a tree standing far away, five meters, and from above comes a water pipe underneath, next to this elevator, some knowledge, and we have laid a new water pipe there. And an iron pipe goes in, it didn’t hit anywhere, nothing was broken. But how clever is a root—it came, went along the pipes, and climbed up to the center where it can take water. Thus, we have nature. And when we cut down or destroy such trees, it is against God’s law. And so it is for human beings as well. Thus, through the tree, one is content. And so, a man or a woman, a man dies and the woman has a child, five years or three years old, a child still in her womb, and she offers her life for two children. She knows that a godfather is not the father. And she knows that for my own well-being and contentment or something like that, I accept a man. But what about my children? Once, my stepfather, my second husband, did not say a kind word, let’s say to my children—how would I feel it in my heart? Because two children are not something separate, but their own body parts. And so in nature, this is called Moha, attachment, the state of being bound together. And that is a family. And that person can achieve something. And such a person can also show us the right path. Renounce. It is damn well nothing easier. Yes, there is nothing easier. That is why God has given you a human life. What is the difference between a human being and others? And when harmony is heard within the family, then peace is automatic. And that is why we sing O. Oṃ is the primal sound, the very first. Through this sound, the entire universe and all the stars, planets, suns, all created from this one sound. And this sound immediately fills the entire infinite universe. For example, we are sitting and a small mosquito or a gnat or a tiny little ant, very tiny, or even a small fly called a sandfly, barely visible to the eyes. And when it bites your little toe, immediately, your whole body bites back. The signal is immediate here, and your hands, without asking you, go there and start scratching. Who told your hands, please do this here? And how does the hand bite? It itches here, the little toes. Why not here? But there is one point. The information from the little toe to our fingers is a long journey, yet it was immediate. And so the information and the sound are above. Above is the origin of the entire creation. Nāda. Everything has come through the Nāda. And so above, and then said Śānti. And wherever the sound flows and wherever the sound spreads, there is Śānti. For example, in this hall it is very hot, so we open a window and the wind comes in from outside. And with the wind, the wind brings a cold, cool breeze. And so it sounded, like a pressure, a wind. And this pleasant, cool injection is the Śānti. And we feel, oh, this is beautiful, thank you. And so the soul suffers in these foul atmospheres—restlessness, hatred, anger, greed—it cannot breathe. And suddenly a wise person, a holy person, such a person who has self-control over the Indriyas, Karmendriyas, Jñānendriyas, appears like a cloud of peace, a cloud of peace. And so we say, O Śānti, the sound carries our message, the sound carries our feelings. Through your phone or your calls, you say, I love you, this sound is now the messenger, a courier, an ambassador; the sound immediately carries your feelings, your intentions, your messages there. And so, Oṃ brings peace. And where there is peace, there is pure perfection. If someone is sitting at the dining table and says, "A little more, please, some more to eat," and you say, "No, I am completely satisfied." Yes, now my belly is full, no more, I am satisfied, thank you. So, peace brings perfection and perfection brings peace through the sound. Sound is the love through which words, through thoughts, and through actions, through doing, through being. But because there is foul water in this glass, the glass does not tell you, take this. But it radiates, it flows. It stinks through the air. Or in this glass, there is a fragrance inside. The glass does not say, come here, tell me, what do I have, what do I possess. The glass does not ask you. But the fragrance comes because the glass contains this fragrance within itself. And so, when within you there is a love of understanding, a love of contentment, then it is beautiful. What have you renounced for yourself and for your family? Or what have you caused? How often have your children suffered and cried because their father is not there or their mother is not there? A small child is sitting at the meal, and the mother is giving food and sitting beside, and the child is crying. Where is the Father? And Mother says, yes, he has come, he has gone to work, and so on. And the child cries, no, I want him to come back today. Children are so naive, so honest. And so, since humans have lost love even for their own children, other children are too far away, but even with their own children, peace is lost. But a person should have the same love as other children do, as their own children do. What is the difference between a human being and an animal? And unfortunately, in this situation, in this Kali-Yuga, everything has become such that the heart has closed, and love is not there for the younger generation. What happens, will happen. His karma, their karma. So this is a song. O you holy one, o you blessed one. You are the Saint and you are the Blessed One, you possess this grace, blessing, holiness, all within, the Ātman, thyself, know thyself, so we do not need to go seeking peace anywhere. And no one can give us an injection for peace. Yes, there is another injection, give it once and you will be in eternal peace beneath the grave. But that is not what we want. We wish to bring the treasures of peace. Understanding. And as long as in faith, in religions and cultures, there is no self-evidence and no renunciation of thoughts, and this self-centeredness, quarrelling, anger, and ignorance persist, religion cannot help us, and no one can help us. And therefore, you are the richest person in the world because you possess in your heart, in your mind, in your consciousness a great treasure, that is, spirituality, peace. And so a saint like Mīrā, a saint Mīrā, yes, in the end Mīrā sits before the statue of Kṛṣṇa, God Kṛṣṇa, and she was very disappointed, full of pain, look, even though she had self-realization, yet she still prays. Why do I not see You, O Lord? Temple, temple, mūrti, yours, in every temple there is a statue. Firmness, attention, focus, concentration, but still I do not see your face. Ah, Mechānī, Chodo, Abdo, are you hiding me, Lord? Give up on yourselves now. Gone, gone, gone beyond, O you, dwell in every heart. And she weeps and says, if I had known that love brings pain, I would not have fallen in love with you. Please come and unite me as one with you. She sits in front of the temple, and suddenly, there burns an eternal light before the Christian altar. And suddenly, your entire body dissolved and became a flame, a small tiny flame. And this flame and the flame of the eternal light have bowed together and become one. And from there a small flame rose up, no more. In fact, her body is not present at all. This is called going to heaven with the body. There are several saints, several yogis, who at the end of life, the whole body is what it is, simply turning into air. But that is when everyone practices and follows these principles. And what happens to us? Our body becomes even heavier after death. And we will carry ourselves around the earth. Or excuse the fire. Svāhā. Hadeo. What? As human beings, what have we achieved in this life? Why has He given us such a life? With what thoughts? That you should be such a person. To argue? For religion? For culture? For language? For country? For possessions? For a partner? For a partner? No. Know thyself and also lead your children on the spiritual path and the highest path. Like Queen Madālasā, there is a beautiful story which I will tell later. And Samīrā said she discovered in her heart this, how do you say, prosperity, prosperity, wealth. And so Mīrā says, Pāyā jī maine Rāma ratana dhana pāyā... cora na lute, cora na lute... My mantra, God’s Name. There is no child who can take away this name. Yes, one thing, when you go to Kuśāṅga, suddenly British Śikṣāl from your past life comes forth. And you have not understood that, your spiritual paths in your heart. You give up and seek something else. That is exactly so. You have given up your faithfulness. Wait, friendship shall never waver. But one thing at the end was a negative word. We have corrected that. When death takes life, I hear you being faithful. And that was wrong. Earlier I said, even if a death occurs, if a man dies, you remain always faithful to him, or if his wife dies, you remain always faithful to her. But many things happen, the man goes to his wife for understanding, like all his acquaintances, they return to the inn and sit and drink beer, and opposite them sits another woman who smiles a little, and I already feel that slipping away, oh dear. And he says, alright, can I invite you this evening? She says, yes, I have waited for that. For what? Until your wife is under the earth. What a world, my dear. Crazy world. Crazy, crazy. Your word is forever. And I can use as much as I want. Never will be an end. God’s Name, you can give to everyone, abundantly, abundantly. And day by day, it grows more and more. And this name is Kṛpā kārī Gurudeva. How is this mantra? How is this bhajan? That means, my Gurudeva gave me this mantra or name. Kari kṛpā apanāyo. The Gurudeva, through His grace, has given me the mantra. And so, wealth means your knowledge, wealth means your spirituality, wealth means your grace, your open heart. Give, give, give understanding, give teeth, give freedom, our love, devotion, that is our wealth. But where we have discovered our treasure, inside are all the jewels: peace, knowledge, light, love, devotion, clarity, freedom, and so on. Now the robbers are coming, and they will take it away from you. And the robbers are ignorance, envy, hatred, greed, jealousy, anger, lust, pride, arrogance, flattery, delusion, and ahaṃkāras. These are the robbers. And if you are a little inattentive, then you lose your mark. And so, a little bit, you enter the Kuśāṅga and suddenly you lose several years of your spiritual development work. So, peace is a form of contentment. Contentment is a form of love. And love is a form of peace, spirituality. Reflect on what you can renounce now. Well, until now we have made many mistakes. Made many mistakes. A man who doesn’t fit, the second one doesn’t fit, the fifth one, then which number man or which number woman, and that still doesn’t fit, and still doesn’t fit. Okay, this happens through ignorance. But now you know, and what can you renounce now, and what kind of śraddhā, tapas, and prayers, mantras can be performed so that your past is purified. Don’t you know, should we know, that our past stands before us like a huge rock. On the door of our exit, on the thorns, on the crocodile with its mouth open. And the crocodile tells us, I haven’t had breakfast yet today, come here. Yes. Cave in the sky. Everything is the same here. Heaven is not far away from the Earth, not even a millimeter. Where the earth is a top, the sky begins immediately. And heaven, where it ends, Brahmaloka begins. So, we are not seeking heaven, we are seeking Brahmaloka. He is one with the sky, cave, earth, and everything. Above all, be positive, content. During this break today, we will have a pause, drink some water or sit quietly in the retreat, have something to drink or eat, but please reflect on your life. Do not say, I need, what do I do, I am alone. Yes, you are alone. When they lay you in the grave, you have no right to say, can my wife lie beside me now. I cannot go into the grave alone. Says the eagle, come, lay down here. They say, have you gone mad? That is how it is. We are always alone. We come alone, go alone, live alone, are alone. Then some vibrations come along with them. And that is beautiful. This is an opportunity for us to grow further, to progress further, and how beautiful that is. One family. The whole world is my family. Heaven is my roof, Earth is my bed. Realizing this thought and consciousness, then we have realized our goal. But he knows it is possible. Let it be as it is. But now, the pain is very little. The pain of separation is nothing compared to the pains in other lives that will occur. Content. Three times, we will chant Oṃ Śānti and feel this sound and Śānti. We need restraint in our Jñānendriyas and Karmendriyas. Breathe deeply.
