Meditate within your body
Meditation is an inner journey to discover the self within the body. The first step of true astral travel is to journey through the entire body. As in the universe, so is in the body; all qualities like happiness, peace, desire, and jealousy are perfectly arranged inside. Your task is to take the torchlight of awareness and look at these qualities. Identify them by name, acknowledging each one. The mantra is the battery, the breath is the torch, your concentration is the direction, and your intellect pushes the button. Feel this body with gratitude, recognizing the divine presence within. You are rich; make a sightseeing tour of your inner world. Therefore, strive to realize and diagnose your own body to understand its subtle functions and energy flow. This body is given to realize the highest dimension.
