Understand Yourself through meditation
Your work is your worship, creating beauty through talent, not just for money. This is active meditation. Passive meditation is withdrawing to understand yourself. Active meditation purifies karma through service. Yet you may not know yourself. Passive meditation reveals unseen qualities that disturb others. We often think we are right when we are not. Learn humility. Withdraw your senses to be with yourself. Contemplate each morning: I am human. What does that mean? What makes me human? How to cultivate those qualities? What is my life's mission? Human life is precious; do not waste it. The ultimate tragedy is to die without self-realization. God is one, though called by different names and relations. Realize the God within through higher consciousness.
"Active meditation affects your consciousness, your mind, and definitely your soul. It is a means to come out of negative karma."
"Passive meditation means withdrawing yourself from the external world. You become one with yourself."
