Raksha Bhandan - A Festival of Dignity
Life is eternal and meant for celebration, not sorrow.
The Ātmā is never born and never dies; only the body perishes. You are that immortal Self, beyond all physical and mental forms. Realizing this ends suffering, for misery stems from identifying with the transient world. Practice Ātmacintan—the constant remembrance "I am the Ātmā." When consciousness descends to bodily attachment, jealousy and loss arise. Uplift it yourself. Human intellect is a singular gift for realizing the divine, yet it is misdirected toward materialism, causing all planetary troubles. Life continues based on karma, so heed your actions. True change comes from within, by altering your thinking and inner attitude.
"Thou art Ātmā; you are not the body, you are not the mind."
"Human has only one plus point, and that is intellect. The human can develop through this intellect to realize God and do good things."
