Sadhana Maintains Inner Harmony
The Maṇipūra Chakra is the city of jewels, the source of true richness.
The greatest treasure is good health, achieved only through practice. Theory is nothing without it. Neglecting daily discipline allows negative qualities like jealousy and anger to return, destroying your inner harmony. Discipline is your inner master and the key to success; it is the rising sun. You must love all neighbors—every creature and plant—without condition. Never claim you lack time; we make time for what we value. This chakra is a mine of jewels: health, purified consciousness, and balanced karma. Contentment is the second richness; without it, you are a slave to your senses. The third is devotion to the Supreme, an unconditional love. The awakening of this chakra brings the fourth treasure: wisdom. The fire of Maṇipūra purifies all karma, burning it to ashes so pure consciousness remains. Your ego is the thief that steals these jewels. Kill this ego. When negativity disappears, pure spiritual consciousness awakens, uniting all in one family. This energy becomes a protective force. To gain it, you must love all and see the divine in everyone.
"Tons of theory is nothing compared to a gram of practice."
"Your greatest enemy and the thief who steals all jewels of your maṇipūra is the ego."
