Oṁ Sukhadāṁ Kevalaṁ Jñānaṁ Oratiṁ Dvandātītaṁ Gaganasadṛśaṁ Tasmāsyādilakṣaṁ Ekaṁ Nityakaṁ Vimalācalaṁ Sarvādhiṣakṣibhūtaṁ Bhāvātītaṁ Triguṇarahitaṁ Satgurutvaṁ Anāmānyaṁ Oṁ Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ... Śrī Deep Nārāyaṇ Bhagavānkī Salutation to the Cosmic Light, Lord of our hearts, omniscient and omnipresent in the presence of the divine. Very good evening, dear brothers and sisters. Today is a very special day; it is a beautiful constellation, and it is the full moon day, Pūrṇimā. Pūrṇimā is the day when consciousness is pure, spiritual awakening takes place, and it brings humans towards their achievements. The planet, the moon, has a great influence on our planet, meaning on consciousness, prakṛti and puruṣa, and on nature. Not only are humans affected by this, but other creatures too, as well as oceans and vegetation. For spiritual development, the practitioners of spirituality, the sādhakas, are advised to fast today. Fasting will help us to purify negative energy and receive more pure energy. In the Bhagavad Gītā, God Kṛṣṇa says, "Through the moonlight, I enter into the vegetation as a nectar." So this is the night where the spiritual nectar is flowing, and those who are aware of this can receive this nectar. Everywhere around the world, all spiritual seekers are having spiritual thoughts today, and what we call satsaṅg. Satsaṅg means a good society. Satsaṅg means a spiritual talk, singing the spiritual songs which remind us of the universal one and which inspire us to get realization. Therefore, today's most beautiful constellation, and you are lucky ones sitting here in this beautiful place. According to the architecture of this building, I think long ago it was like a church, a temple. It is built with that kind of thought, that here should be prayers to the Almighty. You can feel the resonance in each and every brick of these walls, the ancient prayers. And another thing, it's a building which is taken care of and owned by Bhāratīya Vidyā Bhavan, where numerous Indian cultural programs take place. Culture is the beauty of human life. Where there is a human, there is a culture, and where there is a culture, there is a human. Culture is moving with the humans. You come from different countries, but you are bringing your culture with you. India is known as the cradle of culture. And India has contributed to the world's most beautiful, valuable education through its cultures. Well, here we are today to now listen to something about chakras and kuṇḍalinī śakti in the human body through the practice of yoga. Yoga is a science of body, mind, and consciousness to liberate the soul and to attain Self-realization. Yoga is one of the most ancient sciences which came first on this planet with the Lord Śiva. Shiva is the first one known as a Svayambhū. No one has created him. It is He who has manifested Himself. The entire universe, endless space, is known as a cosmic mother body, the body of the cosmic mother. And within this universe, the consciousness is known as cosmic consciousness, meaning the embryo of the cosmic mother. We always say, "Mātṛ Devo Bhavaḥ." First is the mother; the mother is the first god. So the space is the first one, and consciousness, which we call cosmic consciousness or universal consciousness—not cosmic consciousness, not universal consciousness. Now, between the consciousness and space, the balancing principle, that's called yoga. Which balances, harmonizes, and keeps the unity, the oneness of the space and consciousness. That is yoga. So now you can imagine how old yoga is. Yoga is the balancing principle which balances all visible and invisible elements in the universe. And that becomes a mighty, leading force. The first thing that began in the universe was the nāda. Nāda means the Supreme Self, Nāda Rūpa Parabrahma. That resonance, the cosmic resonance, is another embodiment of the cosmic Self we call Brahman, the God which has no name, no form, but it is there, Nāda Rūpa Parabrahma. In that endlessness, the first spūrṇa, first awakening, takes place, that is declared by those sages who were known as trikāladarśī, knowers of three times: past, present, and future. In yoga, there is one word; it's called tapasyā. You may translate it as austerity. But tapasyā means the research work, a very hard research work. Ko'ham, katham idaṁ jātaṁ, ko vā kartā, kiṁ vidyate. Who am I? From where do I come? What is the purpose of my coming, and where will I go? "Know thyself" is the answer to all your sufferings. So, Tapasyā means the research, and that research says the first in this empty space in the universe was the Vāṁśpūrṇa, the sound that's called Oṁ. Akār, Ukār, and Makār. This Ākār, Ukār, and Makār, these three, unite all these three times: past, present, and future. Also, Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Maheśa, Śiva, are manifesting from this resonance. Also the Trigunās, Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas. And everything, whatever is visible, is created by one creator, and that's the nāda, the sound. That's called the resonance. The dhvāni sparśa awakes from the center of the universe and within no time spreads throughout the entire universe, the endless universe. For example, if a small creature, a mosquito, bites you somewhere and sticks, your entire body knows immediately the mosquito's bite. Yathā brahmāṇḍe tathā piṇḍī. What is in the universe is existing in this body. And what is not in this body is not in the universe. Aim of the yogīs, to make astral traveling to know. But first, you have to make the astral traveling within your own phenomenon. And that is also endless. This life is mysterious. We know how many thousands of functions are in this body. And who is the governor of the body? It is the ātmā. We don't have only this one body. There are five different bodies. Body of the nourishment, Annamaya Kośa. Body of the prāṇas, the prāṇamaya kośa, the manomaya kośa, Vijñānamaya kośa and ānandamaya kośa. Within this is the jīvātmā, and within the jīvātmā is the ātmā. Jīvātmā is the soul. The soul is not ātmā. It's a very wrong translation. The soul is individual, and the jīvātmā is universal. The soul is existing and created by individual deeds, the karma, but the ātmā is beyond the karma. The soul is born. The soul is incarnating in one body and again leaves the body, but the ātmā is known as the immortal, unborn ātmā. That is your real self. That's your Real Self is my real Self, and my real Self is your real Self. There is no difference. The space within this hall and the space in the street, the space in the park, in the forest, is the same space. The difference is the duality of the walls. What is created will be destroyed. What is manifested will be dissolved, but this all is a play within that cosmic consciousness in the body of the universal mother. So the question is this: to overcome and liberate thyself from the feeling of the individual soul and come to immortality. And for this, the research work of the great yogīs found the most beautiful, suitable, and valuable science of yoga. Yoga is not just physical exercises, and yoga is not just breathing. This is just to keep your body healthy. According to Āyurveda, the first mantra of Āyurveda is saying, "The first happiness is a healthy body." Swami Vivekānanda said, if your body is very ill and you are lying in the hospital or in a sickbed, it is not really alive anymore. Karma is torturing you, therefore, health. And so the yoga in daily life is aimed at different kinds of health. Physical health, mental health, social health, and spiritual health, which should lead us to self-realization or God-realization. Yoga is beyond these religious dogmas. Yoga is not a part of any religion. What you may think is a part of Hinduism, Hinduism is not as old as yoga. The yogic principles known as positive energy, cosmic self, individual self, love, wisdom, prayer, is the love. Meditation is wisdom. Love unites, and ignorance divides. Kindness, be helpful, serve. These are yogic principles. And if any religion on this planet nowadays existing has these points or principles—prayer, belief, help, be kind, meditate—then it is connected to yoga. But yoga is not a part, because it is a universal one. You can't separate it. So yoga is not only physical exercises, and not relaxation, and not only meditating. It's that knowledge, and to gain that knowledge. So, through that endless sound, the universal sound Oṁ, with that resonance, the five elements were created. The space was there, is there, will be there. And within the space, there are four elements which are awakened through that resonance of the Aum. The fire element, the air element, the water element, and, after the last, the earth element. And every creature which exists on this planet, now let's talk about our planet. It is said 8.4 million different creatures are divided into three categories. Jalchar, Nabchar, and our Bhuchar. So, creatures which are living in the water are Jalchar. Creatures which are living on the earth are the creatures for our planet, Bhuchar, and Nabchar in the sky. All this together makes 8.4 million different kinds of creatures, and that is a cycle, that is a circulation around this planet, coming and going, that we may call death and rebirth. We humans are one of those, out of 8.4 million, eighty-four lakh. The difference between other creatures and humans is this: humans have got a very mighty or powerful tool that's called the intellect. And human intellect needs proper education. You can develop the intellect limitlessly. Education is very important. Through education, qualities develop, and qualities decide. Through that quality, one we call incarnation, the God. We call the holy man a saint. Through education, we call the scientist a professor, an engineer, a doctor, an electrician, a driver, the best cook. And so on, or a terrorist, you know? Today, people are talking a lot about a terrorist or a thief. It is through the quality: a human or a devil. It is quality which decides. Quality unites, and if you want to maintain the quality, there is no compromise in quality. The final aim is this: to know the truth. Who am I? Ko'ham. In these creatures, the humans are protectors. We come now to our own life. When this individual soul, that means, I will call you now, you're... This self, which is involved with the five bodies, is a ball of karmas. Whatever you think is a karma. Karma means not only bad; good thinking illuminates your phenomenon, negative thinking poisons your phenomenon, and the words "good." Words, good sentences, with kindness, with love, with humbleness, is enlightenment. It creates the harmony, and the bad word creates the disharmony, the enemy, the troubles. Suppose you have to do some very important work, and you go to some... You go to a government office and say, "Good morning, sir. Please, can you be so kind and help me do this?" The person may want to do it or not, but they will think how kind you are, how humble you are. You are projecting your kindness, which will create harmony and love. Instead of saying these kind words, you go and say, "Hey, bloody one, do it this." I need not tell you what will happen. So your words are like a knife, or your words are like nectar. Therefore, bāṇī, the speech, the words, whatever you do is also creating the karma. What karma? Good words, good actions. Negative words, negative situation. That's it. And through your wealth, through your position, your social position, if you misuse your social position and do negative things, sooner or later it will come back. Or if you misuse your wealth, your money, to do some bad things, that will come back sooner or later. And if you do good things, that will also come back. And the fourth is through the physical body. So first comes in thinking, then comes in the words, then comes in subtle actions. That means using your power, keeping yourself away, but using that power. And fourth is finally through the body: tan, man, bachan, or dhan. These are the four ways where you can create negative karmas. So each action will have a reaction. And each reaction will again have an action. Each reaction creates a layer, like an onion, over your phenomenon. Each reaction creates a fear. Fear is a very thin layer between the two thick layers of the onion. You peel the onion, you will find inside a very thin layer. That is fear. Each good action will create a layer of light, and each reaction of the good deeds will create the light of freedom, no fear. We humans have so many different functions. Our memory, our intellect, our mind, our speech, our consciousness, our emotion, our senses, and so on. Within this is our real self, the ātmā. Now, there is one word called Mokṣa. Mokṣa means you get liberation from karma, but still you are existing like an individual one. What in Christianity they call heaven, you will come to heaven, but still you are individual there, as you have in the heaven. But the next research work said you will become one with the Brahman. It means beyond the boundary of heaven and hell. Our aim should be to finish all the borders, limitless, and that is Brahman. If you have good deeds, you will come to heaven. But when you enjoy that, or this credit is given back to you, again you have to come to Charāsī. But if you are in Brahman, one with Brahman, then there is no more individual existence. There is only one without a second, only the light, only the truth, only the love, only God, only the Self, whatever you call it. And this is the aim of practicing yoga, meditation, or prayer. For that, you have freedom for love. You cannot force someone to love you, and therefore, in dharma, in Hinduism, it is said, "Believe in that God, in that form, which you like," because Holy Gurujī said, "My master, one in all and all." In one difference is in the human mind. The borders on this planet are in the human mind. The biggest pollution, the most dangerous pollution, is mental pollution, the mental pollution of humans. So, liberate your soul after all the good deeds when you... Have only light within you. Then further, you have to meditate and do the sādhanā, that now you liberate your salt, means you dissolve it. Like you think that you put the salt in the water, and salt became one with the water, but the... Reality tells that salt didn't become one with the water. This is the problem. Salt changed the form but didn't change the quality. When you drink the water, it will be salty. Or, let's say sugar, you put a solid piece of sugar in the water. And it will be sweet water, the quality: salt in salt, sweet in the sweet, bitter in the bitter. Similarly, it's called the cosmic consciousness. For that realization, you have to practice higher techniques of spiritual sādhanās, what we call kriyās. Meditations, and it is the truth not only in Hinduism, not only in India, but around the whole world. We know in ancient times, in past times, there were monks who were day and night praying and leading a very simple life according to their austerity, how we live, is only two percent. Maybe it's not easy to open this hard nut; it's a very hard coconut to be opened, but never impossible. It is a possible destiny. Destiny is a product of our actions. No one is there to be blamed for. Your destiny, parents can give you birth but not the destiny. Destiny is the product of your four kinds of karma: tan, man, bachan, or dhan—through body, words, wealth, and thoughts or mind. When the destiny decides, you may call now the God, you may call the mother nature, or you may call that you are fortunate one, whatever you like to call, somehow your soul was prepared from the astral world to come to the physical world, means into the body, and we came to the human body. Human body: human means protector, not the distractor. Yesterday I spoke about a few, five points. I will just repeat, no, I will not tell everything. Five things are very important to remember every day: I'm human. What does it mean to be human? What makes me human? How to cultivate the human qualities, and what's my life mission? Not money and this, but to get Brahmajñāna. When the soul, now in the form of the soul, on the astral world, is prepared to come to this planet. That time the cosmic mother has such a great concentration on you. And mother, or destiny, or God, didn't forget you. Let's talk about humans. Till nine months, you were in your mother's body. There is no architect in this world, no scientist, who can prepare in nine months such a body and how many functions in this. Yeh baṅglā ajab banā, Mahārāj, jisme Nārāyaṇ bole. Jishme Nārāyaṇ bole par guru bin bhed kaun khole? Yeh baṅglā ajab banā, Mahārāj. This bungalow is a mysterious bungalow in which God himself is talking. Though God is speaking within you, you still don't know the secret or the mystery of this. Without Gurudev, no one can open the lock or the door of this. That time when the soul begins to make the journey on Bhū Maṇḍal, on this Pṛthvī Loka, then maybe some mothers can feel that they receive the light. And there is still no science developed that can see in these nine months how many spiritual functions or energies are streaming, coming, and working to prepare this body. And this human body, or anybody, any creature, has its own quality, its own miracles. Therefore, it is said, who are you to kill someone? To kill someone, any creature, is the biggest sin. You cannot give life to someone; you cannot kill someone. Ahimsa paramo dharma, non-violence is the highest principle. That will purify the human consciousness. Along with that, nonviolence, ahimṣā, no hiṅsā, the body is developed. How many beautiful functions God gave. You become the center of the universe. Your life begins from the center of the universe. And these five elements come and prepare your kendra, the center of your consciousness, the bindu, one drop, one dot. Everything began with this one dot, zero. Everything, the entire universe and whatever is existing, all is in the form of the ground zero, and that kendra bindu, the... The center point is your navel, and from the navel, everything begins to develop. And still, you are united to the cosmic mother through your navel, to the mother body. That's very important. It is said when you are born, it will be separated. But love, the fine connection between mother and child, will not be separated. It is always there. A mother can never be a bad mother. Even with some exceptions of mental or physical illness, that is exceptional, but still, that is because she is ill. Otherwise, the mother fruit remains on the tree. The father may run away, but she cannot run away. She will be ever and ever with you, and that is the Kendra Bindu. Now, there is one mythological story. An Indian tells the Lord Viṣṇu, Brahmā, and Śiva. Brahma is the creator, Vishnu is the protector, Shiva is the liberator. Vishnu is residing in the Kṣīr Sāgara, the immortal ocean. Now, this ocean is that energy, the liquid form. Vishnu is the fire. Fire cannot exist without water. Fire has to exist in the water. So Vishnu is the fire, and in this fire, in this embryo, the water which is inside, that is the ocean, and that consciousness is Vishnu. And Viṣṇu is residing on the thousand-headed snake, Śeṣanāga. And that thousand-headed snake means our Suṣumnā Nāḍī, and the thousand-petaled lotus, Sahasrāra Cakra. And Lakshmī, the wealth, the beauty, the wisdom, the knowledge, the humbleness, the truthfulness. Which is sitting near the lotus feet of Viṣṇu is that divine Śakti, Kuṇḍalinī, and that Kuṇḍalinī, which is concentrated energy in the Mūlādhāra Cakra, and Viṣṇu is that Ātmā which is in the heart, residing from this, and so the body is created. If you see the embryos begin to develop from the level, and when you see where nowadays they are scanning and see the embryos, how it is, and this, you will see a small baby hanging on this crate with the mother's body, and that is a brahmaṇḍa. From the ocean comes the lotus, so that is now the lotus. And all the poor limbs, which are developing, all the head and spine, which are developing, these are the Vedas. And the creation intellect comes in the body, then develops. The consciousness which is called Shiva. Shiva means consciousness. Shiva means the liberation. Shiva means the beauty. Shiva means the energy of that cosmic self. Shiva is now on the thousand-headed lotus. Snake on the top, and Śakti Kuṇḍalinī is in Mūlādhāra, and so here begins the science of chakras and science of Kuṇḍalinī. Now, chakras, chakra means a circle, chakra means some form, so there is a call, maṇḍalas, yantras. And chakras in our human body, there are thousands of chakras. The human body has got 72,000 nerves. When the 72,000 nerves are completed in the body, then at that time, the glands are completed, organs are completed, everything—the lungs, the digestive system, everything perfectly. Then it is ready to go. You are born, and you are here. Destiny is your guide. It will guide you. Destiny is your protector. It will protect you. It is that destiny which brings you to particular parents. I mean the karma, it is your good luck or bad luck, which you may call the destiny. It is that wind which blows in your favor to bring your boat to a different shore, which is your destination, or hurricanes in life. In Hindi language, they said, "In your destiny, what is written on your palms is called samudra śāstra." If there is something bad, your master is capable to put a nail in it. It means finished, no more bad. The direction is changed, so master means... One who gives you good advice, who has love for you, to protect you, to follow that, and this way, the 72,000 nerves from these three is a very important one, they said. Iḍā, Piṅgalā, and Suṣumṇā. Sympathetic, parasympathetic, and central nerve. Now, these three nāḍīs, nerves, are controlling the major activities of your being. And that's called the emotion, the intellect, and the consciousness. These three forces, or these three principles which we have in our body, can bring us from this soul to that soul. The mind is a mighty one; the mind will bring many, many disappointments or many, many happinesses in life. So you have heard about this, in past lectures about these three nāḍīs and kuṇḍalinī, connected out of 72,000, this is known as the nāḍīs. Now, in the English language, there is no translation of the nāḍīs. Even in the Hindi language, there is no translation of the nāḍīs. The word "nāḍī" is in Sanskrit, so when we don't find the translation, we are saying "the nerves," but in reality, these are not those nerves we are thinking of. But you can imagine yourself like a ball, just for example, or you... Imagine the sun, and around this sun, around yourself, there are 72,000 rays entering your body and again going into the universe—72,000. And this is that from the cosmic mother: this energy is coming to you, and you are spreading it into the universe back, that is connected also with the breath. It's not only that we are breathing for oxygen, inhale and exhale. The mystery of the breath is this: that cosmic mother is nourishing her child, this individual one, through this cosmic energy. And to develop furthermore, this is formed: eight chakras along this spinal column. The spine is a major pillar of the house; the fundament of this pillar is in Mūlādhāra, the Śakti. Now, many, many chakras, which are around the whole body, are called earth chakras, connected to the earth element. These are on the foot sole. Then it's called Vanaspati, or what you call the vegetation chakra. These are from the ankle joint till the knees, and then from the knees till the hip joint is called paśu cakra, the animal centers. Here is the different energy which is functioning with you, and therefore there is not too much written about these chakras to awaken, thousands of people will not awaken, but one will try to awaken, and then it will be difficult. From the beginning of the spine, from the bottom where the śakti kuṇḍalinī is concentrated, from there begins the human chakra. But still, human chakra is mixed with the color of the other planets, and that means the tattva elements. So Mūlādhāra cakra is connected with the earth element, Svādhiṣṭhāna with the water, Maṇipūra with the fire, Anāhata with the air, and Viśuddhi with the Ākāśa or the space. There is always a possibility to fall down or change until your consciousness is dwelling in these five chakras. And after the Viśuddhi chakra comes the Ājñā chakra, which is at the top of the spine. And that is the border between human consciousness and divine consciousness, or God consciousness. Devīk Chakra. When you enter this part, your kuṇḍalinī comes, then you have divine visions. But if you have negative qualities, you are an emotional one, you are an angry person, you have this quality, that quality, then you are only cycling here, that's all. You can't come there. Sometimes you may have a good vision. That said, a blind hen can also find a corn. Or a blind bird can also find something to eat. To come out of these five chakras is hard work, a disciplined life. So, the Maṇipūra chakra is the center of the level of the navel. And from here, our manifestation begins. When you enter into samādhi, your kuṇḍalinī is completely awakened. Then prāṇa and apāna, these two forces, enters through the nābhi cakra, Maṇipūra, where the consciousness begins to flow freely into the suṣumnā nāḍī, the central nerve. And at that time, the jīvātmā is dissolving, and you remain as pure consciousness, the universal one. Then for you the tenth door is open, that's called Brahmarandhra. Brahmarandhra means the door to the Supreme, that's Sahasrāra Chakra. Then there is no more birth and no more death. There is no heaven and no hell. There is no more, neither you nor me. There is only one, Brahman. Manipūra Chakra is a fire center because Viṣṇu is the creator. To pass the Manipūra Chakra means you have to walk through the big burning flames of fire. And that's not easy. Fire of the desires, fire of the passion, fire of the anger, many, many things. It's not easy to be so good always. When you are driving a car and you still have a little green light, and somebody tries to pass quickly, and you are so angry, Hari Om, it pushes you one level down because your anger is in fire, the Maṇipūra Chakra. So for Manipura Chakra awakening, there are many exercises to regulate your Manipura Chakra. First, you should know if your Manipura Chakra is turning right or wrong. If there is a disturbance in the Maṇipūra Chakra and solar plexus in the digestive fire, either you have constipation or you have diarrhea; your body cannot take all the nutrition which you take with your diet. And illnesses begin to attack you. Your immunity system is very weak, and therefore you need to fast. Fasting purifies the maṇipūra cakra and gives proper nourishment. Don't be the slave of your tongue. "I like to eat what I like." What is... The tasteful, but did you ever think about your stomach? What's happening? Did you ask your intestines if this is to their intentions or not, what you are eating now? So we are the slave of our senses, and that's why the maṇipūra cakra is suffering. And that's why our digestive system is suffering, and that's why day by day our life is becoming shorter. It is in your hands that you can prolong your life, or it is in your hands that you can destroy your life. And not only that, you eat what you... Like, but you should know also what is the karma energies in this nourishment. It is really a very beautiful thing to know: natural food and the date food. If you consume meat—I'm not talking today about the subject of meat—but meat is a... Date food: if you eat a vegetable or fruit, there is a living energy in it. I have an example to show you, but I do not have something in my hand here. What can I do? Let's say, does someone have an apple here? Oh, very good. Thank you. Apple came already. Thank you. That's called a siddhi. You wish, and it comes. Very good. Now, uh, does someone have a plastic bag, a small pair which we can hold in our hand? Thank you. There, give me both, both... Bags is better? This one and his bag, he opened twice his bag, and you were quick. Thank you. Now, this is more or less date material, and this is a living one, a life energy inside. And now I want to make an experiment. I need two persons. Strong one, weak one, it doesn't matter. Perhaps two men or two women. We don't make differences nowadays, so please come here. Okay, you come. Thank you. And one man, more strong one, yeah. You come, that's enough. Okay, nothing will happen, don't worry. Boys, come up. It is just to know how the food can influence our life, that's all. Here. Very, very good. So you will stand like this. And in this hand, you hold it. And now you will be as strong as possible, and he will try to press slowly your hand down to see the resistance of your energy. How much is it? Thank you. Now I'm going to give you this. The same. Do you feel the difference? Yes, yes. Second time. Now you can do it to him. Okay, yes. Now, here, plastic. Thank you. And okay, thank you. I have no knife, but you will cut. Thank you. So, I was not touching them, and you can make it home also. Experiment now. You can do one experiment with the organic apple, organic food, or which is with this. All other pesticides, and this, then you will see the different energy. And similarly, also, you can do without this. The energy, power of thought. I need two girls. The girls have more mental power. Please, if anyone who doesn't mind, come to the bow. Two girls, this similarity is strong, okay? One is coming, bravo, brave, and the second girl, you can come from this side, Anandi. Yes, you are both good friends, okay? You both stand like the boys were standing, yes. Now, don't mind if I tell you something, or I... Ask you something, okay? I mean, I will not open, I will tell, but people will don't know what I will, what would happen, okay? So, who is ready to make an experiment first? You or you? Okay, very good. No, no, not dole, dole. Thumb, thumb. So, hand so. Prāśim. It will be the same kind of experiment, only one hand. Okay? Now, now. You will think of something very beautiful that happened in your life, ever. The most beautiful thing, okay? So, what makes you happy? And you touch her hand there. Now, you will think a very beautiful thing and do the strength. Okay? Thank you. Very good. And I'm sorry to ask you to think about something, the most terrible things. Or anything, but you are scared about something or the most terrible things. You are lucky girls that it may never happen anyway. So please, thank you. Now, the other side. You do to her. So, what are the most beautiful things that have ever happened in your life? So, the most beautiful thing is divine. Very good, thank you. And I don't wish you any negativity or unhappiness in your life, but in case you had, or you are here, afraid, thank you. So, I have no apple today, but you will get something. Thank you very much. This is how our mental attitude, as well as our, nourishment and environment. Environment means I am with whom you are living, with whom you are. You are mostly spending your time with your partner, your parents, your friends, and your colleagues. Now, if you have a balanced, harmonious relation, then your life is happy and becomes healthy.
